Just received an e-mail from Colette and Dan:

Unfortunately, our surf site reopening and payouts will be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

While we have been busily attending to establishing escrow accounts for our StormPay members and combining our member accounts from the 2 databases into 1 database... we have had several dozen of our PayPal members (who were UNAFFECTED by the StormPay member situation) merrily charging back their PayPal upgrades. For the most part, these are members who are already in profit.

As a result, we must now go through the database AGAIN and subtract member levels for THESE people who have charged back their upgrades. We will also not be able to do payouts tomorrow since we do not want to pay them again after they have charged back.

With the latest temporary setback, we will not be able to reopen the surf sites until Monday. Payouts will resume next week on schedule.

Again, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience... but there is nothing we can do about this except go through the database and remove upgrades for those people who have taken the situation into their own hands without regard for anyone else.

Really getting tired of autosurfs by now...

I am really saddened to read this. Colette and Dan are very honest and open. These types of creepy, thieving members that intitiate charge backs are despicable and the cause of a lot of failure for programs in the gpt arena.

Why do some people join programs with the intent of bringing it down? Why don't they just join a program that will earn them money and leave the rest of us alone? I wish there was more investigation into the person initiating a chargeback before it is allowed to go through. Their behavior causes good sites to falter and the members end up having to pay the cost.
