This is Lisa from EmailEvolution.com this is like the first time I've been on gpf. I heard from another webmaster that someone posted a complaint that I never replied to their advertising redemption request. You know the ones in your member area where you can click the redemption button to purchase advertising with your earnings. Someone is complaining that I never replied or fulfilled their request. I just want to let everyone know I reply to every redemption request I receive. Sometimes they bounce back and almost half the time the member never emails me back, so there's not much I can do when they bounce or they don't write back. Also when I made all the payments on the 1st of this month (April) almost 50% of the people never emailed me back to verify their paypal email address. And I made it pretty clear that payment will not be sent until I hear back that the email address I am writing to is their paypal email address or they give me the correct one. My scripts are crappy and when people sign up it does not ask for the payment method and email address or account number for payments. So I have to verify the email addresses. So if there's anyone also complaining about requesting payment and not being paid, its not because I just didn't pay them, its because they never emailed me back. My scripts are being upgraded right now so hopefully that problem will be solved soon. Also, any payment requests made will be paid between the 1st and the 10th of the following month, so anyone who requests payment during this month, in April will be paid May 1st. A lot of members still don't understand that and they continually hit the payout buttons. I'll quit this long post now. I just want people to know that I do reply to every email I get. Dont worry Lisa. We have heard more great comments than bad ones. I have purchased advertising with Email Evolution and got fantastic results. 33 referrals within 24 hrs. Great program and I am just pennies away from cashout!
