Do you have to upgrade to cashout? I know you need a $10 balance

in your account to cashout, but I seen in terms it says "1 active deposited"

what exactally does that mean? Does it mean you have to buy an upgrade

unit to cashout and do you have to upgrade first with a payment processor

before you can cashout to a payment processor? Does anyone know and

can anyone clarifiy this? Thanks
