Cashroyal is great too, I have over $1 in personal earnings in about 2 weeks and the payout is only $10 with a $3 signup bonus 
GypsyDad is great for earning money even with little or no referals.
He sends out 15 search links of 1 cent each about every day

yeah this one dont seem to be mentioned much but i think its an excellent site that pays you $30 signup and i get at least 12 cents a day sometimes more.

Two goodies for ya! 
1. The Owl Post which has $5.00 payout. It has a forced matrix thingie, too, so you can get referrals spilled over from the people upline from you. Even though you don't see it promoted all over the place, Eva is a good webmaster, the emails are steady and PTC is strong too. Also easy contests for cash almost every day!
2. Email Evolution is another good one that I think has been underrated because of server problems at the same time as a lot of new programs were launched right after the holidays. Lisa is great webmaster, has a $2.00 payout which is just a good amount you can reach it in a reasonable amount of time even without referrals.
Billytallent's right to look for solid honest programs that haven't been over-advertised recently. Those are good for getting some referrals, and easier than joining up and testing every new site to come out...

I agree... I love this site. I have already been paid over $90.00 in e-gold! But, I am a gold member tooo with over 100 first levels.
I agree with you lexiekinz! PaidemailBiz is one of the underated PTR program out there. I got paid once already and I mean as soon as I redeem my earnings, I was paid the very next 2 to 3 hours? That is amazing! I strongly recommend this program and I feel it is important that people should praise good programs out there like Paidemailbiz and complaint scam programs out there.
I really like Z-cash and sizzle clicks. I am in several but Dana does a wonderful job! I also like Mailfest and penniesbyemail. All 4 of those programs fill your mailbox up daily!
I agree about CashRoyal, but I also like PaidProgramReview, I know he has had some problems and been down for a few days, but I have over $1 with no referrals.

I have been a member for years but didn't start promoting it till recently. They seem to have quite an upswing - new design and you see them advertised more lately. Never send less than 5 cents and you get a decent amount of mail -- all solo.
It might turn some people off that payout is $100 and you can't redeem for ads -- but I am a great fan.

4-5 5 cent emails everyday, 1/2 cent for every referrals mail. I make atleast $10 a month without referrals!
