I'm looking for a partner to start a GPT site specifically for citizens of India, Pakistan and a couple of other asian countries that aren't favoured in most GPT programmes.
Would like to work with one or more individuals on an equal partnership basis. The indivual should have experience in GPT website having prior created one of his own.
The GPT programmes I'm looking to create would be fair to both its owners (us) and its members as well and proves beneficial to both.
Queries welcomed.

Hi,
I hope you know the reason why they aren't favoured in most GPTR programs?
Many of them cheat, send you spam, signup with bouncing mails and stuff like that.
Of course it's only a small amount of them doing that, and people from other countries also do that stuff.
I have a policy that says, that I want everbody to join. I kick them out if the do some of the mentioned, whether they are from US or bangladesh. Some of my most active members are from China.
I file the ip of the people I kick out, and there by making it more difficult get stay in my program in the future. But only if they do something wrong.
Good luck with your program

Hey Bent,
Thanks for your response.
I am from orginally from India though setbase in Australia.
I find certain aspects strange though about the whole situation. If someone from Ind,Pak etc. can cheat, then so can people from across the globe. And whats strange is that those who cheat from countries like US, UK etc get thru all faux pas.
For me, it doesn't look like a thing that there are certain countries that cheat, it looks more like that the countries that are considered First World countries are the only ones accepted. Why else would people ban places where internet connection hasn't even reached yet ?

Lavrenti

The reason is no laughing matter really:-
What you in the 'First World' would call a waste of time (clicking), would probably be earning a 'fair wage' in most 'Third world' countries.
And multiple clicks from the same I/P seem mostly due to the fact that outside the US we are still dynamically assigned our I/P by a DHCP, which is the I/P that is most commonly captured by most webservers.

Hey bazzais,
That an interesting statement you've made there. I know a lot of people in India are into systems and methods wherein they have their own computers and internet connections but their IP address is the same. In that process they'd be termed as cheaters.
I was wondering if there is a process wherein the real people who cheat can be caught rather than the ones who just tend to have the same IP address

Well I can understand that, but I don't that that all those people use the same payment method, have a big giant anypay account, where they all pay to. That was the thing on my site, 78 cheater accounts, same ip, same payment address. Don't tell me that he was using a dynamically asigned IP :-)
