as most of us know and many others did great business with TOm of www.webmoney.co.nz .But few days back a frnd of mine wanted to send some money by WU to fund his e-gold account to invest on some scheme but was told by the agent at the western union office he went , that the Name Tom Nicholson is Flagged . The agent didnt give details but it meant that his name is flagged and that westernunion cant be sent to his name .

I dont know what is this but anyone else had this same problem
webmoney is one of the best exchanger in terms of rate and turnaround time and i wont like to see it fade out or stop business

how long have they been in operation ? they arent GDCA accredited ...

No they are not GDCA accredited, I think they are a starting company, the WHOIS said the website name was bought April 2005. You can check their Webmoney credentials at http://passport.wmtransfer.com/asp/certVie...id=962024427820, this was the way I decided to use their service. One friend of mine that speaks russian gave them a call, they are 3 partners, he said their voice sounds young people.

But I have the best experience with them over the months I am using their service, the maximum amount I sent to them up to now was almost $2500 the turnaround time is excellent, I place the Moneygram to them in daytime (My time zone is -6 GMT), and have the EG or WM in my account about 03:00 very early in the morning (my local time) , you can give special instructions to them using PGP too, to use them as a paying service (my friend is using their service to send funds to their kids in Belarus and in Russian Federation)

if you look for wire transfer option I believe that Icegold is the best.
you may also find Tom at Talkgold,
he used to hang around there alot (at the money exchange section).

otherwise, try to find exchanger from you country and you can do direct bank deposit cheaply.
