The only complaint that I have about them is that there payment system stinks. It took me a couple of years ot get to 13.21 and I did the online form because I don't have acces to a printer. Now i can't get the money because the 30 days has passed. Darn that printer. Now I have to start over again. :ph34r:

I would just quit if I were you.

Pretty much the same thing has happened to me , tho their changes have not been effect for 30 days , so I don't see how ANYONE can be passed 30 days .

I have written them and gotten no reply . I will give them until Friday and assume that they are not going to reply to my request for payment . At that time I will file a formal request to boycott SMI at gptboycott.com .

While I have not had payment issues, I used to get tons of e-mail from SMI. Then, it suddenly stopped. I logged into my account today, and found that there were 20 links supposedly emailed to me, but that I never received. The good thing is that I could go through and click them from the site, but that's kind of a pain. My email address is fine and mail from all other programs comes in.

This happen to anyone else?

I just deleted my account yesterday because after 2 yrs of being a member I only had 6.80 and I have no printer so I decided it was not worth the 6 to 10 links a day I was clicking and reading, I can do better at other ptr places and way better at the survey places and I do not need to print anything out , or email anyone with info, I jsut hit send money or type my addy in and the check is on the way (or it goes to pay pal, wichever way they do it)

Just curious...I haven't reached payout yet, but I've seen quite a few people post that there's a link for "Having problem printing form" or something to that effect. Meaning, they cashed out online. Isn't that link available for everyone?

I still think this is one of the best programs on the Net.
If you don't have a printer you can fill out the form on line. I did and I got my check within 2 weeks.

I just wish pple would be more patient with sendmoreinfo....these guys pay and yes,they help you if you contact them..dont just go filing complaints against them or closing your accs in a rush,exhaust all means of communication first.Gosh,we'd all save ourselves a major headache if only we stop for a breath of fresh air every once in a while and dont make any hasty decisions...

I have been paid 3 times.....3 months in a row. Just over $10 each time.

They are very nice people, just a bit slow to respond to emails.

If you call, and are polite on the phone, they will help you the best they can.

sorry i not sure about the printer got to do with the payment? if it is very troublesome for international user i gonna to quit early

how did you make 10.00 a month on smi?? I was with them for 2 yrs and clicked a LOT of links and I made 6.80 and in one day I counted and I clicked 7 links and my pay did NOT go up a penny Did you have 1000`s of referals? I get payed close to monthly from gypsydad and its way more then 10.00, so in my view it was to my best interest to quit the program cause for some reason I was not making money. also about the print out the form, it did not state any where on that page that you could fill it out online, if it did I would have had to think over quiting (but still the earnings were too low for me) even on my survey places I make triple or more . I have only seen a couple people say the place is good and the rest didnt like it, maybe it has to do with how many referals you have.

Send More Info is the one company that has fantastic customer service, don't give up on them. They hand out $10 checks easily and they make a nice profit on advertising.

the last person said that I should fill in the online form and I did fil it out, but I will call up and see what is going on. :ph34r: I know that they are good people.

I filled in the online version of the form last month. I'll see what happens.

I was paid before and it usually takes some time from when you think they cut the check to finally receive it.

I reached payout this month. I clicked the link for the form but I guess I was too late for this month. Do you have to until the first of the month before the payment request works?

You can request any time, but you have to wait until the first of the month before you can fill out the form to get the whole process going. Hope this helps...

I'm still confused about send more info. I had to call them twice but then I got my check this month. It took over 2 years for me to reach payout but this time it's going much faster. Do you have to fill out a form every time you reach payout?

WOW I'm surprised to see so many people having problems with SendMoreInfo. I've reached payout about 3 times and it only took about 2 to 3 weeks to receive my check. I've never had a problem and should be reaching payout again shortly. I think the program is great!

I said I FILLED OUT THE ONLINE FORMalready.

To be technical I filled it out March 5, 2003 at 2:09pm EST.

Anyway I have heard back from them, and they sent me back the form. So everything will turn out ok. I will send it in when I get in though the mail from my friend. :ph34r:

just updating this to say I just got paid..checked my mail and there was a cheque from them so anyone who's doubting..SendMoreInfo sure does pay.

are there any international members who got paid through cheque? if so, where do you cash it out? do you have to cash it out from an American Bank (i.2. Bank of America) or can you just cash it out at a local bank (i.e. HSBC)???

Local bank... I used to use MayBank then switched over to Bank Of China.

oh.. so do you have to specify what bank you want to cash out from prior to sending out the request? or can you just choose once you get your cheque??

how is it taking you people so long to reach cashout? I just rejoined back in September and I'm reading to cashout with no referrals, that's still a long time but nothing like 1-2 years like some of you, I don't understand.
