Just reiceived this in my mail:
QUOTE
Hello, RTW Member!
After nearly 16 months of offering a ?no minimum payment? policy we now
find that we are forced to change our policy. Sending small payments,
including hundreds of $0.01 payments, has become very time consuming
and
costly. Due to this fact we must implement a new $1.00 minimum payment
policy. These changes have already been posted on the web site,
including
our Membership Agreement.
Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

I only have a few referrals, but I don't have a problem getting $1 each month. I can't see how this move will affect too many people. I think he's done the right thing.

Didn't affect me alot, some months I earned just over $1, some months slightly below so if I don't get paid monthly, also will once every 2 months.

Yeah, I think it was a good idea becasue sending 0.01 payments out is really pointless...

I started Read Them Well over a year ago. My total earnings, to date are a whopping $0.75. I finally asked for payout (took 3 requests) to get my $0.59 balance a few months ago! Then, recently, when they had their BIG membership drive (to try to get to 10,000 members) I upgraded. I was given 3 referrals and now have only 2 left! My earnings since my upgrade have been LESS than 15 cents! Big deal! Hint, hint, this site is really slow and should merely be left on the back burner for the laughs!

I guess it depends, I've been a member less than a year, upgraded couple of months ago when they had a crazy deal of somewhat 2.99$ for upgradition or somethin' and after that I've been making around 20 cents per month, went from around 30 points per month to more than 150 (sometimes 200), now I'm standing at 91 cents so I should have more than 1$ asap when they turn last months points into cash.
It's not the best earner around but I'll keep it!

I have 176 points already for this month (May)
Total Direct Referrals: 1
Total Indirect Referrals: 4
Advertiser Referrals: 1
This one has been a decent earner for me so far.
Usually get $1.00 per month.
More then I make at some other GPTRs.

Great program so far. Now with the hihger minimum it might take me a few months to get to the 1.00 minimum. I really do not mind because it does pay alot quicker than some other GPTR programs out there today. I eally only like nomin to 1.00 payouts anyways.

You can't access the site anywhere since it isn't on any server at the moment, they're moving currently,
they'll let their members know when their move is done, should be in the end of this month or in the beginning of july.

Very unexpected, since they are not curently on any servers and they ONLY send out point emails.

As i can see, this program sends a lots of mails to some users and only a few to others. And it seems to be the same with the referrals. Based on what criteria is this discrimination? Anyone knows?

No discrimination as far as I can tell. It would all come down to what interests you have selected in your profile. I personally know all but one of my direct referrals (except the ones I got when I went gold). One of them has gone gold, the rest haven't. We all receive roughly the same numbers of emails. (Well, not at the moment, obviously.)

Is it just me or did they send some sort of email saying they would be mailing out more mail and getting more advertisers? After reading this, I then learned they lowered the gold membership to a dollar, or maybe two. Anyhow I went for it figuring what the heck, and now look, they are gone

You need a pretty large downline to reach the min payout now. So i'm not a member anymore .. lol

. But still I don't think he's a cheater like somebody said. More e-mails would really help..

Hello, i had a downline of 41 total (something like that) - Anyways.. I recieved payment EVERY month - usually $6 or more... I personally loved the ideas for this program... Now that this thread has refreshed my memory i.m going to bring the idea up to Tim to add the quizes to CYGP... : )
I got AMAZING results when i bought the quiz ads... I think i.ll charge a bit less though.. they were REALLY pricey!
Someone brought up on page one about re-evaluating thier programs. This is a good idea. I am not really a member anymore. I really am only a member in a few select sites that i like to buy advertising from - so i like having an account so it.s easier for the webmaster to give me tracking. Anyways.. when i was a member in these PTR sites i used to see what i ACTUALLY RECIEVED for being an active member for 3 months. If i couldn.t ATLEAST get a free ad or two.. It wasn.t worth it. Why waste your time with a program for over a year(like some of you did with this one apparently) if you are not even making $1.00 a month...
I make around $35.00 an hour at my real job. This is a hobby. If i am giving up the last of what little free time i have to in essance - work - i will not be doing it for LESS THAN $1.00 a month.
Just some food for thought.... Hope i didn.t make anyone angry with this.. If i did please just PM me and i.m sure we can work it out. I hate having arguments on these forums.. I just played this PTR game really well and wanted to share with you all how i did it.. Or a little tip at least!
