I read in faq of some GPTR programs that referral % apply only to emails and not to PTC. I also noticed in other programs to be the same. My question is: Is it in every program that PTC don't count for referral earnings? Or only in programs based on some kind of scripts?

I use the CAC PHP-script. This script doesn't calculate the earnings for referrals' clicks. It can be solved (I know where the problem is located, but I'm not a programmer).

I don't know if the CashCrusader-script has this kind of problems.

CashCrusader-scripts do not have this problem - you get referral earnings for ALL clicks
