Without you inputing such data as your country and such in anyone can make an account using ANY IP and get away with it. Think of the number of people that would cheat doing so, think of how many you wouldnt find out because of that until they went and made a redeem for cash.

As the owenr of Fill My Account I would like to mention a few things.
1. The need for an address is to verify identity to prevent cheating.

2. All cheater found in this program will be posted and other webmaster notified. One guy had 62 accounts and had been cashing out on each account.

3. The honest members do not seem to have a problems with what I am doing to make these sites better and cheat proof - so I am left to wonder if the grumbling ones are cheaters or not???

4. I think the main problem many people have with the changes to this site is that fact that I changed it from a NO MINIMUM to the same payout as my other programs - which is $15.00 at this time I have no plans to reduce payout anytime in the near future. Operating 6 GPTR sites with different payouts can be complicated. Making all sites pretty much identical is easier for my bookkeeping and easier for the members to remember what payout is for what site. Maybe down the line I will make it a LOW minimum payout, but for now it stays the way it is set. I need to ensure the honesty of the program after the cheaters have been deleted and make sure they do not try to sign up again and this will take a little time.


5. So far over 25 cheaters have been removed from this site - totaling over 150 accounts total. Since this site opened these members have collected close to $100 in payouts. There are many others with multiple accounts and earnings in all of them. There are also accounts that appear to be where a member had signed up for a paid to sign up task with another program just to get the bonus. Those accounts are just there taking up space but do belong to an active member. They have to be deleted as well.

6. I also found a member trying to cheat on the paid to sign up task I had sent out the other day. This member sent me their referral link for the assigned task saying they did not want to reveal their password. So before I credited the member I contacted the webmaster of the program and asked what their sign up date was. Guess what? They had been a member for a while - sorry no bananas for this member - and they may be exculded from the new site.

7. If it seems sometimes like it takes me a little longer to get things done - I research many things in order to maintain an honest program. Would it have been fair for me to credit the member who sent the referral link instead of his conf. email? I would think that you would be glad to have a webmaster so dedicated to making sure honest members are not getting cheated.

Is this the reason everyones accounts/referrals are going missing? regardless whether they cheated or not, so you can sell their referrals for your own benefit?

well I too deleted my account because

1) don't mind the Payout going up to some degree but I think that was a big jump when I hear that it probably will not come down no time soon
2) plus I think it will be just a big headache to have to resignup after signing up when I have not done anything wrong..

so I think that you are punishing the faithful members because of some people that cheat. Surely your entire database are not cheaters so why make the members do all this extra work because you don't want to go through and find all the cheaters?

i have a point to make on those referrals myself. ok maybe some might be cheaters but this goes to the heart of the downline debate. first is the site a linear or collapsible downline? i think it is linear as i had 3 first level refs opt out and did not lose my entire downline. now answer me this. if hypothetically it is linear why would a person lose enitre downlines that isn't a cheater? if say one of my third level refs was a cheater why would i have to suffer losing 7 more levels of refs. whom may not be cheaters? even cheaters advertise companies thusly getting legitimate refferals under them. i am not saying anyon e from the dl here is a cheater. but i have pondered this question today.

I had 42 refs over 10 levs before the script change, I have 1 direct now and she joined after the script change.

I can't log in either. The first time I couldn't she told me to use my number from my referral url instead of my username. I logged in once under it, noticed my referral (only had 1) was gone, now I can't log in with either and it says my email addy isn't in the database. I am working with Ronnie from Email Income in advertising and just got a reply from her about the advertising (which I mailed using my fill my account user ID). The advertising swap was really great, but now he and I are both concerened about advertising for her if she's really doing this stuff. Any input on this would be very appreciated. This member has just reached payout in less than 11 days since sign up. Now it is for you to decide if this is an honest member and should receive payout - or have they cheated their way and should be deleted.

However the terms of the site clearly state they have n ot been a member for the alloted time and do not qualify for payout. BUT this member used the redemption request button which means the amount they requested was AUTOMATICALLY deducted from their account. A decision must be mad wihtin 48 hours whether this is a cheater or an honest member.



Now the challenge is on to all thos esee all and know alls that like to judge people. HERE is something for YOU to really judge.

How about this - webmaster@fillmyaccount.com is for paypal and I receive NO EMAIL through it. Had you read the emails I sent to ALL members then you would have sent them to the proper email of webmistress@fillmyaccount.com so that I could have responded to them.

yes i have been reading your emails and you signed this email with the email i had been replying to. that is why i used that email. any business emails i receive have always put their direct contact emails in like you did. that is standard business practice world wide.

Please get his name to every webmaster that sells on EBay. I have banned him forever from being able to bid on our auctions. EBay has been advised that this has happened and I have also reported to Square Trade about it. In searching this guys feedback it seems he has done this before. I have not had any luck contacting the others he has done this to. Maybe the good members of Fill My Account can get them to respond. He hurt their feedback rating as well.



Unfortunately I cannot find him in any of our programs unless he has signed up with a different email address.

You brought this upon yourself by your rudeness, your unprofessional attitude, your ravings and rantings, your unfounded accusations against ALL of us. You bring us ONE cheater? Or, excuse me, suspected cheater? No, you bring us all of them. You bring full proof that we ALL cheated you.

BUT, you owe each and every person at this point in time a HUGE APOLOGY. I for one, found you one of the most obnoxious webmasters I've ever seen. And I've seen some doozies, I can assure you. You have NO RIGHT to do as you've done, said what you've said. I do not like the way you do business. I will make da*n sure I never join one single program you own. I will make sure if any of my friends join unknowingly, that they find out about you.
