www.plughost.com is a scam

I ordered a hosting package 2 months ago

That same day they registered the domain but never set up the hosting package
now I can't use the domain name because they won't give me any account login info

They also said that my invoice is unpaid although I emailed them the egold batch number 10 times

They didn't respond to any of my emails concerning this
