Hello Everyone

I been a member of sendmoreinfo for over 3 years, I check the balance in Feb and they had already had a payment for me $10.36, My printer is broken and I emailed them asking how I could get my $10.36.

I did not receive a reply.

I have been sick and off work, so I went to check today and I did not see my money there

So I called sendmore info and they told me.... to bad you can not have your money it has been over 30 days and your money has been recycled.

What the ###### does Recycled my money? Mean......... am.gif

I have just cashed out... and my account payment shows Processing. I'm hoping to be receiving a check in the mail in the next few days or a week I hope aa.gif ...I'll let you know when I get it.

Unfortunately, I think it will be the same Janes response. The processing request has disappeared.. and my account has already been debited.

Interesting. I'm not sure what to do about your present problem. Maybe someone else can help there. But I do know that if you can't print the request form for payment, there is an option to send it by e-mail.

I requested my money and received a cheque last week for $10.70. I think it might have taken about 2 weeks to arrive.

Good luck. I know it took me almost 3 years to get to the $10 level, too. I'd be pretty mad if it just disappeared.

i received payment about 30 days after requesting. i did notice, though, while it was being processed, that the amount was gone.

I don't know how long this has been there, but when you click on the "Payment" button on the left hand menu, this is what's there:

New Payment Procedure
We want to make sure you get your check. Many times our members don't receive the checks we send. Usually this is due to incomplete or inaccurate mailing information, which makes for a time consuming and costly effort for our office staff. Further, we've seen an increase in fraudulent accounts. These factors have led us to implement the following procedure for claiming your earnings payout. It's really easy.

Log in from time to time and check your earnings balance. When you've reached the minimum (most often $10, but you may raise it) and after processing on the first business day of each month your STATUS will say "Pending". You may then download the request form below, print it out, and fill in the required information. It'll take just a minute or so. Then postal mail it to us or fax it in. The mail and fax info is on the form

We'll review the information, and your check will be processed within 30 days of our receiving your request. During this phase the STATUS will say "Processing". Then, when your address info has been verified and your check is in the mail, STATUS will say "Mailed". That's all there is to it!

"Premium Affiliate" status is given to those member affiliates who have been promoting Sendmoreinfo and have a history of getting large checks. If an affiliate's check amount is at least $50, the affiliate is considered a Premium Affiliate and does not have to submit the request, with the exception of a one-time form just to verify mailing address and Federal Tax ID information. If you qualify, your STATUS will be "Premium".

Please Note: Earnings continue to accumulate monthly and checks are posted when you reach your minimum. Once a check is posted, you must make a claim within 30 days of the posting date.


I don't know if you can call them a scam. Not only in this thread, but other forums as well I've seen folks post they've been paid. It sounds like they changed how they do it recently.

I just called them to change my address....
I also just checked my status, and my $10.xx seemed to
have disappeared. I guess I lost my money too.
I will email them, but won't expect much.

And I liked this program too, but I will be quitting
if they are going to keep this rule. Why can't I wait for
payment.....

This is both bizarre and infuriating. (Are we sure the FillMyPockets webmistress doesn't own SendMoreInfo now? This rule is just silly and disadvantageous enough to make me think so...)

after abt 3yrs I also have cashed out and been paid. I now have $4 after a month or so. I surely hope I get my next $10! If they would just go to paypal or online payments this would be soo much easier.

I just received my second check from them. They did change the payment procedure from the first time. The second one required that I fill out a form and either fax or mail that form to them to receive payment. I chose to fax it.

Took less than 2 weeks to receive my payment.

I got that , but didn't understand it because I had already reached cash out before then and didn't see how that effected anything due before then . As I recall , there was no need to "cash out" . It was an "auto pay" of sorts . I never had the opertunity of "posting to request payments. "

I've written them as my account has been debited , but I have not received payment .

If they intended that to mean any person due money at the time of the sending of that email , there should still be the option to cash out with in a 30 day period even now as this is just the 5th of April . From the 15th of March until now doesnt 30 days make and this "posting to request payments" was not available before the 15th , according to that letter .

I havent yet received my payment from these guys but i have to say they do have one of the best customer service teams around.I told them I had no way of faxing in my form and they sent me a link to the online form in less than 48 hrs and I had a question and they answered it promptly.I'm sticking with these guys(the emails are awesome and plenty and I dont doubt I'll get paid)

See , this is what I don't understand . If they changed (from their own letter , effective on the 15th of March) to where you now have to jump though all these hoops now to get paid , but it wasn't required/available until the 15th of last month , how can ANYONE be over 30 days ??? It hasn't been 30 days yet .

and I think "recycled $$$" mean recycled to the next payment period--has anyone thought of that?

Yeah it would be nice to have a clearer explaination of what recycled means for we laymen . However "to bad you can not have your money" speaks volumes . Let's hope that means for the moment .

I can't say it's a good policy, but their rules say that you must request your payment within 30 days.

If recycled meant that your money was rolled over until the next payment period.. wouldn't you still see it in your account?
Also.. my status never changed from processing (or whatever) to mailed. It just went away...
I haven't received a response to my email yet, but they're usually good about getting back to people so i'll wait a few more days.

I emailed them to see what they say, and no response yet.
I had told them since we move so much............and I JUST called and
changed my address.. and where is my money....and what does RECYCLE mean exactly....

I just received my first check from them about 2 weeks ago. When I requested, there WAS the option to request online (stating something like, " if you don't have a printer, click this button"), so thats how I did mine. I got my check within 3 weeks of requesting. I really hope you all get your payments.

i noticed my earnings went to zero at the beginning of march, and saw that they had moved it over to the pending area, so i hit the button and did the online request. that was march 4. mid april i emailed them about this and asked, they said they didn't have it, they never got it. took a week yelling at them to get them to finally say ok, we'll send you your money in 30 days. that was april 16. end of last month i threatend that if they didn't send it soon, i'd handle it either over the phone or in person, and either way, they'd be responsible for all costs incurred.

funny thing, got an email almost immediately saying it was being put in the mail. just got it today.

need to check with my mom though. she did hers by fax at the same time (early march) and last i heard, she hadn't received it *note to self, call mom tomorrow*

I had to go through hoops in order to get my money. Sent in the damned form. Then waited for pending forever. Then had to call them. Three days later check came in the mail. My guess is they are disorganized or in a small money crunch and holding on to every cent as long as they can.

If your payout is set to $10 - and you reach it - you have to check it and request payment before the 30 days is up.

If you miss it and don't check it you loose all money am.gif

I reset mine to $10 just to see if they will pay or not..........Still waiting.......and I requested payment at the beginning of May.

Then I reset it to $100 so I don't forget.

I hate to loose my 8 refs there............but this one may be worth the delete list as the link values have dropped Very much..........quite a few email link values are now............. about 0.001 and sometime less.

Maybe they just got tooooooo big for their britches........who knows am.gif

My earnings disapeared a few months ago, had something like $10.35 or so. Didn't request payment; though I have moved 3x since I joined I emailed them several times already and they never responded. Never changed my address on my account either.

I belonged to them for 3 years as well, and boy did it take a lot of time to get to the payout. I hope they will resolve this but they have not answered one of the many mails I've sent.

No seriously, I have been a member of SMI for god knows how many years, I have a decent downline and clicked on what must be 1 million and 1 emails, yet I'm still only on $8.50 (approx).

I've quite often heard many folk praising this site and its always puzzled me why?

well, i'm very ticked at them. they tried to steal money from my mother am.gif

she faxed hers in in march. when i was dealing with getting mine, i also said about my mom's account. they said send her account number and name and they'd check into it. i emailed them that info and waited. on june 6th i emailed them again and again gave her info. i even said to them (because it's not my account, it's my mother's) to contact her with what the status of it is. they ignored me and my mother.

until i threatened them (again). this time i told them that if they did not send her money immediately, my next step would be to contact the attorney general of their state and the ftc frauds department. funny thing, next morning, email saying her payment had been sent. and a very snied remark

she did request it. back in march. when these scamming thieves should have sent it out. she asked me to deal with it. they are nothing but a SCAM! they changed the payout process in order to make people lose their money. then, they ignore requests until legal actions are threatend against them. i believe that they don't have any intentions of paying anyone, unless you're one of the "heavy hitters" who lets the amount build up and up and up.

i'm already up to 5 bucks again with them. once i, and my mother, hit payout, we'll be requesting payment. then, we'll be deleting our accounts there. send more info: pretty good place to make money (now anyway, took forever to get the first 10 bucks though). just don't ever expect to see it without a lawyer am.gif

(ps: i just finally got them to say they sent the money yesterday, as of this posting, my mother hasn't told me she got her check yet. we'll see. oh, and on another note, my money they finally sent me? the check date was april 30. they sat on the check instead of sending it out. they're thieves, plain and simple)

Wow! Did'nt know there were so many people as unhappy(as I am) with sendmoreinfo. It took me three years to reach $10.17. I requested payment last month(on about the 2nd or 3rd of may). I received an email on May 19 that my request was received and approved. Said I would receive a check within 30 days. I still have'nt received my money, the button on the site went from "processing" to "request payment". I have something like .043?? in my account right now. I quit clicking 2 weeks ago. I emailed them today. Will let you know what reply I get.

Cashed out 5/2, got the response 5/19-figured I would wait 30 days from that date-which has just passed-plus a few for mail. I have a note to email by this fri if I haven't gotten my check!

My friend who referred me to Sendmoreinfo had about $17.00 in her account. She didn't know about the new payment procedure. One day she visited her "stats" and saw only pennies left in her account. She wrote Sendmoreinfo, only to be told that since she had a $10 payout option, she should have requested her money within 30 days. My friend wrote them back stating that an email should have gone out to all members stating this. Sendmoreinfo said that they did, although my friend never received it. Now she's out $17.00+ and has totally stopped clicking their links.

She warned me about this so I checked my balance. I had just gone over $10 --fortunately I thought. I ran off the payment request form and mailed it in. That was about a month ago. I have yet to receive my $10. I have written Sendmoreinfo about 3 times in the past 2 weeks, and they haven't responded. I guess I'm going to lose my money too.

I joined sendmore in April 2001. I checked my balance on 2-1-03 and had 10.1165 in my account. I never did see the "button". In my opinion--if you are going to deduct--then you should print those checks and mail them. I wrote them also and the impression I got was "you're just out of luck" But what gets me--it took me that long to get 10 and when I checked my balance on 5-2-03 it showed 5.6373. Who knows??? But my deciding factor to quit them was---there is no way I am giving them my taxpayer ID #

i wrote them and never got a reply. threaten them. that's how i finally got a reply. give them a deadline to reply to you. it's amazing. i went days with no replys, then told them they had 24 hours to reply or i would report them to the ftc and to the attorney general of their state. the very next morning i had a reply. the other time i threatend them, i told them that they had 24 hours or i would be handling it over the phone, and they would be repsonsible for all long distance charges incurred. the very next morning, right there in my inbox, a reply.

they think you're just a nothing nobody and won't do anything about your money. they think they can keep it, and blow you off, and you'll just go away. threaten them, stay on them, give them a deadline, and be ready to carry through if you have to, have all your information ready. that's the ONLY way they'll give you your money.

and do it fast. both my mother's check and mine were dated the end of april. the checks were no good after 90 days. we got them the beginning of june. basically, if i hadn't been going off at them about it, they'd have sent the check right when it was expiring (or after) so it'd be no good. then, they could use the excuse "hey, you shoulda cashed it in time".

they're thieves. get your money, and get it now. don't wait, email them, and if you get no reply in two days, threaten them and give them 24 hours. they'll reply then.

k,I just have to write this...I emailed them..didnt have to threaten them or anything and I got a very fast and very helpful response.

I received the email about that change back in March. I didn't really understand it at the time, and I almost deleted it. I'm glad I saved it until I understood what it was all about.

There was another person here that "lost" their money, but called SMI and ended up getting it. It sounded like the person had a nice conversation with SMI. Maybe it's worth a try? aa.gif

I think what they should do with updates, is not only send out an email, but put it on the main page of the website. That way, there's NO cause for people to not know about updates. If you don't get the email, you'll surely see it on the website.

I wouldn't assume you're going to lose your money. aa.gif The posts I've seen about receiving payments lately are anywhere from a month to a little over a month and a half.

Wow! Got a reply already! This was in my email this morning. I'll you know when I get my check. We'll see if it comes in the time frame specified. I figure within the next 15 days. 5 days to cut the check and 10 days for mail delivery. And that would be stretching . They are supposed to be in Kansas, well I'm in ohio. No way the mail takes that long.
