Im not sure about everyone else but If I join a program and theirs lots of popups Ill quit it.
for example wizard-cents.

Oh and I especially hate the ones that resize to fully consume the screen.

And Im not talkin bout exitcashflow I understand that's part of the game.

I have the same thought about a program I think is called z cash
It drives me crazy and Im not even a member. It spawns about 3 popups that I cant close till they are loaded as soon as I try to close one another pops up.
I can understand having 1 popup for extra earnings. But they should put it on one of the members pages not the main page. or have a popup page so people know whats going to happen

download crazy browser and it will stop all pop ups plus you can have many windows open at the same time. I have had 100 open at once before.

When I'm about to click on some links from a program that usually has pop ups, I turn on my pop up killer.

But yes, they are extremely annoying..

Im on a Sun Microsystems box running Solaris (os) and Mozilla (browser). And almost everything is written for winblows os.

Well, I recommend Zone Alarm Pro, stops ALL popups.

Those applications run on Windows, does anyone know about a popup stoper for Unix/Solaris?

Crazy browser is great, no more popup since I use it and I just find out that the other browser I use Mozilla has the option to stop popup too (Can believe I use it for 6 weeks before I find that option).

As for quitting a program because of the popup, I would try to solve the problem of the popup first, some very good program have popup, like Z-Cash where I have been paid 3 time and it's only online since January.

I don't know about Solaris but I have Mozilla on Windows and there's an option for no popup.

Under Preference, Advanced, script and plugin.

Yes at Z-Cash I have a single Pop Under......If it pops up more than one window all you need to do is email me and I can let the popup people know and they will remove it as it is suppose to be a Single Non Instrusive Pop up


Why is it there......As it brings in between $100-$200 a MONTH into the program and allows me to give my members great deals and higher paying links

We just hit 5000 ACTIVE Members and have paid out over $1000 in less than 3 months

Yeah, I would say it's easy to cashout w/ out any referrarls.

I have $ 5.8608 in Personal Earnings, not including referrarls.. and I missed the PTC section a bunch of days..

i've got crazy browser and have a link for it if you want it, but i found another free browser that i like better. it blocks popups and you can get a free download of uc more search accelerator too. it's really cool! the site is 'www.avantbrowser.com'. and you can pm me if you want the link for crazy browser, but i like this one better!!

I also hate this stupid popups and will never run any on my get-paid-to-read sites.

I especially hate that kind of popups on gptre-sites, that block the site until they completely loaded, so i can't click the paid links or login for that time.

At z-cash is a popup running (maybe they took it already down since i told them about), which is a 'smart' popup that comes with advertisings for that country were the visitor is from. That's why i got popups there in german language with a site that tried to install a sofware on my computer to view erotic and porn sites, not really funny in my eyes! And you can't close them easyly, first you have to say NO a few times to that install-prompt .... grrrr.

I think, also we webmasters have enough ways to make some extra money to pay our members for their work, but we should not run the members mad with unfair own advertisings.

There are some programs out there i think about to quit, cuz their "paid mails" include 10 or 15 or more links, but only 1 link is a low paid link (and often enough just that link is not working .. lol)
Sure we all want to make some extra money, as webmaster AND as member, but it can only work well, when both sites, webmaster AND members, are glad with the program!

BTW: i run the POW popup killer, where ou can exactly include simply with a doubleclick all websites you want to close automaticly the next time, i really like that program!

At Zcash once thier was a thing that prompted for a download and as soon as it was brought to my attention I contacted the pop up people and they removed from thier network as it is suppose to be a Single non intursive pop up only

I don't mind popups.

Especially if it is way for the webmaster to earn more and they give us some of the revenue.

I do not mind a popup(single). I do not like multiple popups though.

I think it is a good idea to add an Exitcashflow or Shareadspace popup/under.
Especially if the Webmaster/mistress adds to overall member funds/payments.

If the Webmaster/mistress keeps all funds from the popups to themselves....then I am TOTALLY against it.

If the revenue is being shared with the members that put up with popups, I think a signle one is fine.
