What are some good offer sites I can use that you don't have to download a toolbar or anything?

And what are some other just plain good money makers?

Are you just looking for ways to make money by paypal?
Many sites do not accept paypal because of the risk
of chargebacks. You may want to look into getting a new
payment processor such as E-gold or Stormpay if you want
to get involved with online money making.

I'm just as new to this as you are, but I have been testing out various PTR/PTC programs and maybe i can share how i have been doing. Definitely not the fastest way to make money, but if you don't have capital to start out with and are just trying to make a few bucks here and there then it's worth looking into.... with me, i'm really just testing it out to see the potential in these programs.

BTW: i have only been trying these out for one night and today as well, so not even 2 full days, don't be discouraged that my returns are rather low. They are listed per day, not total.

Stormclix - the best one i've found so far. I already had a stormpay account because i was using it for 12dailypro.com. You can cash out what you've gotten from stormclix as soon as you hit $1.00 and it goes right to your stormpay account. First night: 0.78 2nd night: 0.20

CashDelight - A lot of members have raved about this site so i decided to try it out. I think it's really good, I think compared to all of the others, i have done the least e-mail reading and clicking and have received more return than other sites. PolarPTR - This has to be the most recommended from what I have been reading. They have sent me more e-mails than any of the other sites. I don't regret signing up for this one. Gainpay - I heard a few people talk about this. They are pretty decent, but these e-mails were the only ones to get stuck in my spam folder on AOL. The good thing about them is it seems that most of their offers are at half a cent instead of like a tenth or even a thousandth. Oh yeah, one bad thing, if you are not a compulsive e-mail checker, as i am not, they may not be for you. So far their offers are the only ones that consistently expire before I get to them. weallgetpaid - i saw this in a lot of people's signatures, but not talked about all that much so i decided to give it a go. This is the only one so far that has not even let me sign up with my AOL account. I signed up anyway and gave it a shot with my gmail (even w/ gmail i can't find my e-mails, not even in spam folder even though i checked off the send to email option... i just made it to "email and inbox" now). Aside from stormclix, I have to say this is the most promising even though i've only been with them for a day. I had to do a lot less clicking than most of the other sites and I only spent a few minutes and only clicked a few ads. $20 minimum payout though. I joined it because it seems to have a good following from the people that used to use it with positive feedback, and they are running a special promotion: free baby account upgrade to the first 500 members. Also it is the most user-friendly site i've seen so far. It has the most decent paying PTC's i've seen so far and you can choose if you want to see only the .5 cents or the .25 cents or the .1 cents ads. And there are plenty of .5 cents ads. I think this definitely has good potential, I think they also had a signing bonus and started your earnings off for you already because I almost have 10 cents and I just signed up for it maybe 30 minutes ago, and I have not even done any PTR's (do they have this?). Hi,
If you start out without a capital like I did, I say you try your hand at no-minimum sites like donkeymails and mesmerizing-mails. Then once you have some money, earn more by advertising the PTP pages at donkeymails and other sites. Other good PTP sites are Neonlights-Advertising and Pays4promotion. Neon-lights has daily no-minimum payouts. If you have confidence enough, try get-mails. The payout is $20. I earn somewhere around $0.20 to $0.50 a day without PTP. With PTP its some where around $1. I am still waiting to reach payout. PTP is a great way to earn money if you are not from a search country, especially those sites with no country tiers.
