I can only say cosmic wealth is the best (ok it has a pay-out of $10 but this is easy to get) With the most programs you never get to the pay-out raid. With cosmic wealth i'm almost their (9.150) only after less than 2 months and this without referrals. Really i only can say that i love this program.

hmmm, if you want GOOD and recommended ones, i'd say....

linkburst because it has many paid links throughout the day. you need check back often in order to find these links

opt-in-pays because you get paid 3 cents per link (but paid links expire very quickly). you receive e-mails, and that's where you can earn much from. and it's good because of the unlimited referral levels system! and also because they paid monthly. you do not need to reach any minimum payout to get paid.

clickincash and webewebin are worth a try too. i'd say webewebin has more paid links than clickincash, but both are under the same owner.

im very leary of low min programs a few mentioned are simply crap ie jamesbond and ice mails

a few good ones are cash 4 action/netrewards/soredtherose(if she gets her act together)/clickvault (get paid a few times a month )/webewebin/clickincash/linkburst/optinpays/titanicrewards
and a few more that im still waiting to see how they pan out

Most minimum programs will never earn you real money, thos who have high payouts, get you more money in the long run and if you can get a lot of referrals this is the way to go!
