By any chance do any of you know what it means when I click on a link in the e-mail and it ALWAYS takes me to a page that displays this..............(I placed XX's in place of my user name..)

<html>
<head>
<title></title>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="1;URL=/cgi-bin/petrack.cgi?id=ny3103&username=XXXXXXXXXXXXXX">
</head>

<body bgcolor="#FFFFFF" text="#000000">

</body>
</html>

I am a member of many paid email programs, and this is the only one I am having problems with. If I click on the direct link, I don't have a problem, but it happens when I click on the paid link. Please help, I have written to the webmaster, but he hasn't a clue either, and since I am a paid member, it is upsetting that I am not getting any credit for my ckick thru's.
TIA
