terms from paidbanners where everyone has to pay a 7.50 fee to join up. you must either buy an ad or get a new member under you before you can cash out $10 within 30 days of the request. members pay for this program and now in order to get paid, they must either get new referrals or buy an ad??:

I read it like this : 10$ cash-out for everyone, no minimum cash out for those buying an ad or having brought a new member and this during 30 days.

Don't like the 10$ cash out but you don't have to buy an ad or refer to have it ... or did I read that wrongly ?

yeah that's the way I read it too... I wonder how long he keeps records for those that bought ads a long time ago then they have fulfilled their requirement right???
