I received an email today from Jay concerning the database loss at SherryGirls-PaidMail saying that they had lost their entire database and the backup was corrupted. I had paid for a gold membership there during the original pre-launch. So when I received this email asking me to rejoin since they had lost their database, I requested a refund on the money I had spent for gold membership.

Here is "Jay's" response:

"NO way u received your ADVERTISING !!

and u were a GOLD if you don't want 2 rejoin to bad then !!!

Your Losss Not Our ! ! "

Great customer service don't you all think? Never did receive that advertising he said I received either...oh well...I plan on staying away from his programs...

gotta add this on...i emailed him back saying:

Wow...GREAT customer service you have...and by the way I did not receive my ads....

This is good to know. This is not the first bad customer or member support issue I have seen and heard about this guy.

I have no problems with her, she is acutally one of the most honest and reliable people I know. You know better than putting people's personal info up. Gosh that just burns me to no end.

I have been with go-mama-hosting for a little while and I have absolutely no complaints at all. They answer your questions in a hurry and deal with any problems that may arise with the sites. They are very reliable and I am not leaving them, ever. I could say how many things I have seen and heard but I won't because I won't stoop to that level Some people are just threatened by people who actually care about the people they work with.

Jay...The initial complaint was about the way you spoke in your e-mail response to her........and it was rude....You had no idea what was about to unfold, so you can not justify the way you responded back to her.

A goldmembership is more than an ad....It also gives you free referals, which she would have had.....and there is no gaurantee she would get as many this time around as a LOT of people dont sign back up for sites that lose all data( I certainly dont)....so it was a valid question by this person in the first instant.

So what I am focused on was your rudeness, yet again, at a simple question.

Look here bud... I didn't start this.. MY members know that I treat them right and I don't care what you want to start trying to do... Why do this jay.. that's horrible to try to make me look bad when you are bashing my hosting site all over a gold membership complaint... I am amazed, by the posts - I am reading! I agree with wonderdirndel. Sit back and breathe.
I belong to a lot of programs and there is some I still don't. And after reading the behavior of some webmasters who are supposed to be adults - I sure don't want to join some of them either. There is no time and place to be rude to customers, regardless if you interpret them to be rude to you!

The other webmasters are defending their programs in an adult like manner. SOME is not the correct word here. I'd rather use "ONE".
