Hi there,
The proper way to sign up in programs here is to go to the "Downline Builder" and sign up from there...the best way to find a program easily is to go to "search" (at top of the page here) and type in the name of the program you want to join...and sign up under the last person and then put your referral link in and the next person will sign up as your referral...

downline builder is only if u wish to have referalls under you
if you wish for an exchange u goto referall exchange
there u can sign up under someone and in exchange they will pay u $$$$

or they will sign up under you for one of your programs =D

o yeah you need 20 posts before you can use referall exchange
ur 1/2 way there
