i reached the payout level and submitted my request october 5.....their terms state 30 days or a "reasonable time thereafter".....as you probably know , the site apparently changed ownership two weeks ago....


now for my big problem....my transaction log on site shows both my $6.00 payout request from october 5th AND a second commissions payment of $2.41 and my account balance is showing only $ .26 now (reflecting that the payments have been deducted).....

unfortunately , i have NOT been paid EITHER of these .... i've written about the $6.00 request already and received no reply ..... still getting plenty of e-mails (they resumed today after their "downtime" yesterday)

anyone else have their info on site stating they have been paid when in reality they have not ?

or any ideas on how to go about trying to actually get the payments that obviously have not been sent ? (call me naive , but i'm really TRYING to not just blow them off and assume they are intentionally scamming)

i got paid a dollar from my account.
they came back up and the rest of my money is now gone.
only .70 cents but still.
i wrote to the new owner but no reply as of yet.
i have read that others are missing money also.

My account balance shows a "commissions payment" of $2.28 on November 18, 2005. I have never received any payment from AmigoEmails. I emailed admin about it today. I will be sure to post if I get a reply.

My account says I was paid Commissions Payment $0.8300 however I have not received this payment either. I've contacted wm, but haven't received an answer yet.

Old owner paid me a couple times without problems.

I guess we'll just have to see what happens.

I am another one with the same story. There was an option in the interests for random payouts, which I did not have selected, yet I was chosen by new admin for random payout, about $2, deducted from my account as paid and never paid. I am sure this site will be gone soon.

Same story here as it seems. I was selected for a random payout to paypal, but I had moneybookers selected. Now they don't even have moneybookers as an option, only e-gold & paypal.

I only found this out by seeing the random payout list, and in it it told me to supply my paypal address.

Why pay someone randomly to an account not even in their profile.

Still haven't heard from them as to where my $0.83 is.

I don't expect the site to last very long this way.

Same here - my account balance dropped from $4.81 to a few cents, and they haven't yet replied to the email I sent them a week ago. Similar storied in the general threads too.

This is starting to shout "scam" to me. I've certainly stopped wasting time clicking for now, but if it goes on much longer I'm just going to close my account.

Well I did get $2.00 but the balance of $2.25 was listed as a payment but just like everyone else, I didn't receive it!

I also wrote admin about 2 weeks ago now and have not received a reply. A definite scam brewing here! Time to count our losses I think.

well...one small update.....

while i still never got any reply regarding my october 5th payout request or the phantom payment i supposedly received when the new owner took over , i didn't quit the site....after all , i still had some PTP ads running and figured i'd request any earnings i could - just in case....

now the site is loaded with all kind of little pop-ups critters and o-frames whatevers among other things (things causing ads for amigo to be banned by many sites)

BUT...much to my surprise i found a notice of payment in this morning's e-mail...i'm sure i'll never see the 8.61 earned under the old owner , but hey , at least i got SOMERTHING back ...i won't be buying any more ads for the site , but i'll at least remain "active" enough to see if they keep paying out....

recently amigoemails was banned from lots of PTP sites because of the 0-iframe and it surely affects site income huh? are ads still coming in regularly? and is the 0-iframe still there? i'm just curious

Received that list in my email today [16th Dec].

I was paid the dollar I requested the other day, and like the rest of yall I am still looking for my $6 request and my .95 cent commission payment.

Wrote in and asked for the rest of my money when I requested the dollar, obviously ignored.

I read somewhere, [admin email?] that they wont be paying for any PTP earnings, however the majority of the dollar I was paid came from the PTP page.

Guess I'll stick with em till the bitter end

So what your saying is I can kiss my $6.95 goodbye? Not all of that was from PTP.

Irregardless, as the new owner you should own up to what is owed the members be it PTP or not. If you are not going to pay for the PTP page then why is it still "promotable"? As long as it is up you are liable for payments.

You dont need to know the payments from whenever. Look in my account and you will see that I have been debited $6.95. Ninety five cents you took from my account yourself and never paid me. The other $6 is a pending request.

You owe me $6.95 pal and I want it! I dont want your excuses, just my money. You will notice that I am an active member at Amigo. Yes you paid me a dollar, kudos to you for that. Now own up to what you owe everybody else.

I have sent an email to the site support wanting to know where my account is. No reply! I had $6.1735 and 4750 in my ptp hits. I would like to know where my account disappeared to? This is sounded more like a scam to me and a way for you to get out of paying. You don't answer emails and just delete money from members and not pay them for it.

As for the ptp not being paid for that should not count the ptp credits earned before you took over and take the ptp off and let the members know. Otherwise it is a scam to do that as when we signed up it was paying for ptp and thats when our credits were earned. When you take a site you get the debt with it and can't just go taking members money away for no reason. Otherwise it is called a scam!

Also you say you have other sites which ones are they so we will know what ones to avoid. Cause if you are going to scam us here at amigoemail then more than likely your other sites are scams as well.

It was after you took over the site that my account was debited $0.83 and in the random payout list I was told to provide a paypal account. I don't want to be paid by paypal, I had moneybookers in my profile, which you have removed, now I have e-gold selected. You debited my account $0.83 and said you paid me, but I received nothing.

hi.. this is against search engine terms of service everywhere.. it's called 'force searching' u know
from my point of view, members can click on search ads and they can choose whether or not they want to search. they're paid to click on ads and not to search right? i'm not from a search country though..

the PTP thing made every amigo promoter furious.. there was this 0-iframe thing, and then this forced search?

Since you failed to answer my question about what other sites you own I went and searched them myself. So here is what I found so everyone will know which sites to avoid being ripped off and forced to search. I hope that these are correct but since the wm wouldn't say this is the best I could find out:

goddessptr.com (only search countries allowed)
golfmails.com (hosting account suspended)
tulipptr.com (only search countries allowed)
amigoemail.com (only search countries allowed)

What I found interesting was that between these 4 sites there were 3 different names as to who owned them. Also that the owners are from china and russia but only allow search friendly countries to sign up. HMMMM!

All these sites are listed on the Forced Searching and zero-I framed banned sites for alot of PTRs. To the member that remain, good luck with building your dowlines.

and all of your sites were on that list for having 0-iframes (not because you only allow searchers- as far as i know). i'm not a member at any of your sites, so i'm not complaining about anything, and i'm not attacking you either.

i just want to know what do you have to say about this to your members? is it true? have you made some sort of clarification? and do you have a plan for the future regarding this issue (lots of sites has banned your sites because of this)? i mean, is the 0-iframe still there, and are you planning to remove it?

perhaps it'll affect members opinion whether they want to stay or leave, and for non-members too, whether they want to join another one of your site or not.
