My Account Balance is INCORRECT! Yesterday, Jan 9th 2007, my balance after all transactions stated I had $14.09 yet TODAY my Balance shows over $12 after all transactions as shown here --

Under my account it shows another PAYOUT of $2 BUT I have NOT yet received it in my PAYPAL account and I REQUESTED FULL BALANCE cashout (which INCLUDED my winnings)

Hi,I have checked your a/c ,i think you don't read our FAQ page carefully,right?I just paste some below

How Payouts are Done
1: Member reaches Payout Amount and requests payout,minimum payout for free members $2
2. Amount is Automatically removed from members account when you hit Request button
3. Your account is then "looked over"
4. Once your payout is approved FULL BALANCE is sent to the appropriate payout account (Paypal/Egold)
5. All payouts are then sent out within our TOS (10 business days/15 days)

This means,when you click request button,your a/c will be automatically remove $2,and then i will process your payment and will pay full balance to you in next 15 business days.

But this time i haven't processed your payment in time because of earthquake.Please be a bit patient.Although the connection speed is till very bad,i have started to make payment yesterday.You will receive your payment in next 2 or 3 days.Thanks for understanding.

P.S I have edited your payout,don't worry about it.

Hi,i have checked your account,it seems your account was suspended by using tools.According to your click record,you can click more than 7 ads within 1 minute.Our min ads timer is 10 secs,could you tell me why you can click more than 7 ads within 1 min?

I am a member of xray-cash for a few months now. I had some earnings around 50-60cents ( not sure the exact amount) but about a month ago I was facing some problem with the site as it was not opening ( I think the problem was from your side) , I could not access the site. Now when I opened it my account was deleted and I had to register again, so now all my earnings are gone and I have to start all over again. Can you check if I can get my previous earnings back. My username is samar2000 ( I had used the same username before) Thanks a lot.

Well I am not using any tools I can assure you. I am just clicking another add after 5 seconds. And it works. You can check it for yourself. I am very disappointed as you have suspended my account just when I finally reached my minimum payout. Hope you can can resolve it.

Hi,i have checked your a/c on xray-cash,no problem with it.And xray-cash only down 2-3 hours last month,if you can not open it,you should check your own computer settings and ISP settings.Everything works ok on xray-cash.

Hi,i have checked our site settings.The min timer for PTC and email ads is 10 secs and we don't allow members to click more than 1 ad at the same time.Sorry,we can not restore your a/c unless you can provide more proof that you can click ad every 5 secs.

Please tell me how can I prove it? I have already told you to try it and you will see that it is possible. Furthermore I have discovered this possibility by mistake as I am a member of many ptc/ptr programs and I have no patience in reading what I already know. I am wondering....why is it that you are doing this just when I finally reached minimum payout. It`s so unfair...Anyway, as I am a member since January, you could have suspended my account from the begining. Are u going to proceed the same way with my xray-cash account (of course when I reach minimum payout!!!)? As an honest memeber I am really disappointed. You should take into considereation the reality, and that is--> people that are doing ptc/ptr/ptp are already familiar with many of these programs and are also members of them. So it`s ridiculous to ask attention. I suppose you don`t appreciate the fact that whenever a new program is launched we read it carefully so we can analise the advantages/disadvanatages of it. There`s nothing more I can possibly say or do to make you understand that I am honest; Please tell me how much time will my account be suspended and if you decide to delete it you should probably do the same thing with my xray-cash too. The very fact that I can speak with other admins on Skype or YM! while with you I get an answer in 3-4 days is -> Have a nice day!

Hi,you never got a message said 'You must let ad timers expire before clicking on another ad!'??Because we don't allow members to open more than 1 ad at the same time,if you don't wait until the timer expire,you will get a error message like that.And you can't click new ad until the last timer expire.

We use a normal cashcrusader script,you can ask others in this forum.If you can click one ad and wait 5 secs then click another when we make such settings and minimum timer is 10 secs.

I think most members will tell you that's impossible.I don't know which browser you use,but if you can tell me,this maybe help.Because most members use FIREFOX,IE,OPERA can't do such things.

I use firefox. and yes I have seen the "you must let time expire" message. anyway, I learnt my lesson. It won`t happen again.

I actually don't want to interfere with any problems, but what this member says is possible.
I'm not a member of xray-email (not yet at least planning to become one) but many others who have timers and only allow one link to be clicked at a time.
Most of those clicks have 10 or 15 second timers.
But when there is only 7-8 second left on the timer, you can already click a new ad, the old timer will still count further, and the new timer will start to count, and both ads will be credited.
I think this is some kind of bug or anything in CC, since I see it on every site where I'm a member of who only allow 1 click at a time. And I use firefox too. Maybe it's some kind of firefox - CC problem. Don't know how it reacts in IE, don't use IE.

Again, I don't want to tell you how you should run your program, but it is possible to click them faster then the timer expires without using cheat tools.

OK,finally,after i tried several times,i can do that as well.I will restore your a/c and add your name on the top of the queue list.But you don't allow to do such things again.It will really cause the problem that i can't identify cheaters who use tools to click .
