Hi! I have been a member at xray-cash and now since 15 days I cannot log in to my account.

Whenever I try to log in I get the message invalid user name or password. If I try to have my password resent then ur system says My user name bjmb17 is not in ur database.

Nor can i create a new account with the same email ID as ur system says this account is already in database.

This is so confusing. Please let me know why is it happening.

Hi,sorry for delay to reply,i haven't check this thread for a long time.I have checked our database,i didn't find your account in our 30 days suspend or cancel list. Are you sure you didn't forget your pw?I suggest you use 'forgotten password' function to get your password back.
