Hi, I want to start a PTR site. I'd prefer CC scripts, what is the cheapest price I can get them at? Do I have to know programming or coding to be able to run a PTR?

I just started my first site about 2 months ago.

First you need a domain name and register it. Then you have to find hosting. I only know about a CAC site and I am unfamiliar with CC so I don't know how hard that would be. I can tell you I was very intimidated at first but then I found that they have instructions on how to use the site (at least thank goodness mine did)

I set up a dummy account to practice sending and entering ads for myself. I figured I wouldn't yell at myself as much as an advertiser if I messed up. Now it is second hand and I have no problems using it.

I'm sure one of the veterns can give you a better perspective. I hope I helped a little.
