A Real Review, November 8, 2005

Let's really review 12DP, ignoring the facts that i have earned up to date $19K from 12DP with another $6K inside.
1. Is 12DP a registered company with its state?
Yes - evidence has been produced at various places.
2. Is 12DP a Ponzi?
Ponzi means using only new members money to pay existing members.
Well, 12% daily seems to be a lot, but if you look carefully, after including average of 6 days to payout (44% / 18 days) = 2.5% per day, it is in fact lower than most 3% and 4% daily site out there.
So is it possible to maintain this kind of percentage? Yes, with all existing members "compulsory" to cash out and put in new cash before they get their payment, this system allows 12DP admin to have a continual fresh cash coming in from both existing and new members. But if 12DP depends solely on this to pay new members, it should have reached the threshold where the incoming funds no longer able to cover the payout few weeks ago (As predicted by Ponzi Nemesis and 12DPFacts and others)
Therefore, the fact that it is still paying on time for every single member has proven itself that it is indeed having other income streams to substance this payout percentage.
Which means, it looks more likely to be an honest site than a ponzi.
3. Is 12DP a scam site.
For those who not a member, 12DP is organising the first ever international Convention, February 24-26, 2006 in Charlotte, NC.
Where you will be able to meet Charis the owner herself, and all the staff from 12DP face to face. Not to mention all the other internet business owners, advertisers, users etc
The fact that 12DP has booked the hotel Embassy Suites Charlotte for the Convention, and reserved a whole block of rooms for Convention participants has proven that it is quite unlikely to be a scam site. (No scammer will dare to be so Daring to show face and fool around with a hotel!) (Lots of disbeliever has called the hotel directly to confirm this convention as well)
So conclusion?
There are always risks involved in putting in your own money for such personal investment. Although looking at all the evidence, 12DP is most likely a honest internet business, so the only real risk here is if 12DP mis-handled the funds, or their offline investments runs into trouble for a few months causing them cashflow problems.
For those ultra safety first users, i would suggest you wait until Feb convention to be over, and find out from those who have attended the convention and spoken to Charis personally before you join 12DP. Of coz you will lost potential US$20k (for a max account) for this Nov - Feb waiting period.
And by looking at the effort they put into the Convention, yes, i think they probably will still be around in March 2006.

The guys who gave the high recommandation to this website are the members. They all post their referal website so that they can pull in, and so that they can have their 12% profit from the company.
When I see HYIP, I always wonder, those equity traders who work in wallstreet nust be ###### if this works. Why should they risk their capital in all those equities instead of joining this 12% profit guarantee sure shot system.
Greediness will push its members to pour in money and expect more profit, but who is gonna guarantee you will get money if it goes broke or whatever.
However, I am sure of one thing. Comparing to buying lottery ticket, this system's profit return rate is higher, as long as the company lives one day.
You may join, but prey for the company will still be there in 12 days.
