I think Surveysavy is good.

The only one I've been paid by is GoZing...even though they can be slow with payments.

my fave is www.mysurvey.com!

Welcome to the Get Paid World and to answer your questions:

1. SurveySavvy gets my vote. No minimum to get paid via check. Been paid over $400 so far. You can see proof of payment at my site (see below).

2. Most of the get paid to surf bars have died. MyECom's old ad bar used to run on Mac because it was java based. Don't think Degoo's surfbar is MAC compatible and there's nothing on their site in the FAQs.

3. I have an advisory of new programs, see below for link.

I like these survey sites-
GreenfieldOnline (@$50), MySurvey ($20), GoZing ($8 + $16AmazonGC), and SurveySavvy ($15). The dollar amounts are what I have been paid, and I'm waiting for some more checks to arrive!

I also just signed up with Socratic Forum-earned $5 doing a survey, but I have not asked for a check yet.

Not bad for just filling out surveys!

Gozing is ok, but they don't seem to have enough
surveys for me to take. Maybe you'll have better luck.

You might since we're different demographics.
Gozing is especially good if you're in a household with
the basic family structure... Mom/Dad/Teens etc
