JOB: Listen to calls and reply a live help support system.
Just to check for some basic info and reply to the customer (A admin FAQ section will be there to help you those general questions), in most cases you just need to forward the customer complain/enquires to an email address.
To listen calls, all you need at home is a computer or laptop with cable/boardband and a good Mic + Speaker. You will need to install software (x-lite) that calls will be routed to this software.
Live help is just an explorer chat box and you can either reply to general questions or escalate to our email address.
Slots open: (GMT +08:00 Singapore)
Monday to Friday
(5 hours)
9am to 2pm
Saturday
(4 hours)
9am to 1pm
English speaking only weekly $50.75
If you know how to speak English and Chinese it will be weekly $58.00
Payment to you via PayPal weekly.

Right, I contacted him and he replied email with the details and called me very quickly, and "tested" my speaking, he said ok, then we talked at yahoo messenger and I asked if I was hired, he said yes, oh I was happy and everything seemed real.
He even asked for passport / ID for process of application, and I did send. Then after a few days, he sent me the training documents about how to handle the calls and also the software setting and the company's website, contact info, everything was real, right, I read the documents, installed the software, checked the website www.icentel.com,
and asked some more questions and waited a few more days for him to reply. At that time, I felt that he's not too urgent in when to start work and seemed all depend on him and my pace, but Yup, he did replied, for the answers and all seem real. So I spent money to buy the headset, and I started "work" after a few days, and he also called to test the headset, live help chat. The customers were real and I handled many calls and escalate to emails if necessary, EVERYTHING IS REAL at this point except he was somtimes slow in response in yahoo.
So I worked Monday to Saturday, on time everyday, and worked for 2 weeks, well in the ads above you can see he said paid "weekly", then in the email he replied he said every "2 weeks", I'm ok with that, so I worked two weeks before ask for payment. On the Saturday of the end of the two weeks, he told me that there's some holidays in the following week in Singapore, he's in Singapore, and he said instead of on and off, they decided to off for the whole week for easy accounting, I was not quite clear about when to off and start again, and asked, and he even did clarify that it's off from 31st of Oct to 6th of Nov, and suppose to RESUME at 7th of Nov. Right, everything was clear and then I asked for payment, he said he'll send the payment on Monday OR Tuesday the week following. I didn't think twice because everything is SO REAL, they got other staffs also, and a staff working in the afternoon (I worked in morning), taking calls also, but work in office.
So I checked my moneybookers account on Monday, no money, ok, I think he said "OR Tuesday", so I checked on Tuesday, still NO money, then I talked to him on yahoo, he said he "forgot the bank was off" that day, then I asked when he'll send, he said he would send on tomorrow (Wednesday), I asked if he's sure, he said YES, so I said ok and offline. Then I thought again, there's SOMETHING WRONG. If he was using bank to fund his moneybookers account, it should take a few days for the fund to arrive, how can he pay me the next day??? So I logined back and asked him about this, he said he'll pay tomorrow and "how many time he should repeat?" Alright, I even said sorry and thanked him, and then offline.
Then it came Wednesday (yesterday), I checked in the afternoon, guess what, NO MONEY, so I asked him immedaitely in yahoo, he replied he'll send the money at night becasue he's "BUSY", but from the yahoo messenger, it's showed he's there LISTENING MUSIC (there's radio in yahoo I think you know...). And isn't making a payment only a few clicks and take a few minutes if he's got the fund there and PREPARED TO PAY? And isn't making payment one of his responsiblity? Oh yeh, he even got the payment amount wrong when I asked him, he said it's $110 but it should be $116 ($58/week). I have to correct him. There's something fishy, but I decided to trust him one more time.
Right, I checked Moneybookers in 7pm at night, of course, NO MONEY, I logined yahoo and I saw him there and IMMEDIATELY he went OFFLINE. At that point I knew I was probably being cheated. He remained offline the whole night. He was online even late in night at the time of start talking job details. I waited the whole night until 3am. I called his phone today, he answered the call at the first time, I asked about the payment and he told me to call a minute later, I said NO, asked him to make the payment RIGHT AT THE TIME, he said I should not talked to him like that, I said I've done the work, and it's THURSDAY, and he promised it's Monday or Tuesday. Then he cut the line. I called again several times, he didn't answer and later turned off the phone. I called the company, no one answer, but they are off this week, right, they got holidays in this week in Singpore, I've checked, it's true. So basically, EVERYTHING IS REAL EXCEPT PAYMENT. I'M SO FURIOUS NOW.
Of course, it's only a few days after the promised payment time, if he told me before hand that there's delay in payment, I can accept and make arrangment if necessary, but NO, he's telling lies, tried to drag on, and then hid and not answering call, so I am PROBABLY BEING CHEATED, ain't I?
BUT WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?? It's online and not local, but I really want this guy to be recorded for his crime , call the police?, any orgabizations dealing with this??? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!
