I am getting really fed up with RichMails.com. am.gif

I tried to unsubscribe (twice) but keep getting the e-mails.

I want to leave this program NOW!!

Has anyone got any suggestions or am i just going to have to block them.

No wonder they have such a massive user base, it's because you can't leave them!! am.gif am.gif

I didn't have this problem, I could just sign off and didn't receive another email.

Lady knight: try signing up with the email-address you receive their emails on. Then sign off. That should help. Else, just log in and change your email-address to some nonsense-address.

So have we all decided we don't like RichMails.com am.gif

As for HopsOfLove, maybe this quote has something to do with why you are not getting any e-mails (It comes from the privacy page)

"Your IP address is used to gather broad demographic information. RichMails uses cookies to deliver content specific to your interests"

It also say's on the privacy page that to unsubscribe you have to e-mail them!! Here is the quote,

"RichMails provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us at the point where we request information about the visitor. RichMails gives users the following options for removing their information from our database to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our service. You can Contact Us and request your membership to be cancelled at anytime."

It's a shame it is so difficult to opt out!!!

I decided to check out this site regarding Richmails.com. My problem is that I can't even log into my account. I keep getting a message that I have to confirm my email first--which I've done countless times. Then I've confirmed my user name and password so many times. I have NO idea what's in my account. I've written Richmails NINE TIMES telling them that their Help Page is of no help to me and that I need their assistance--and no reply! Considering every one else's problem with NOT getting paid, fear of reaching payout, and the inability to unsubscribe, I think I better quit this program. Sounds like another scam to me! am.gif

I've wanted to unsub too, so I just changed my address, city, state, and zip code to "delete this account" in hopes that it may be seen. Maybe he should send out cheater links, I can click on them!!! ad.gif
