I've requested payout for 5$ at wepaymail and 10$ at Gainagain, both september 16th. But I still haven't received anything, is this normal and should I wait a bit longer?

You should have been paid by now. They usually pay within 72 hours or quicker. Has the amount been subtracted from your account? I would definately try and contact PO.

The amount has been substracted at Gainagain, but not at Wepaymail, so I tried to request again October 1st, but it's still not substracted. Thanks for the reply I'll try contacting the PO.

Gainagain is fairly quick.

I tried contacting the PO 12 days ago, still no answer and no payout

I have the same problem with wepaymail Golden River.

I asked a payment in September and always no payment.

And no answer at my emails .

Both Gainagain and Wepaymail paid me in a time fashion...

Still haven't been paid yet, still no answer to my e-mails. Is it normal that I don't get any replies from them?

I redeemed again yesterday and I receive my payment today.

Posted this yesterday already, but all the posts from the last few days seem to be gone, so here we go again:


I'm starting to really freak out. After all this time and after several tickets I submitted asking why I haven't been paid yet, I'm still nog getting any answer and no payout.

I tried to request payout again a few times at Wepaymail, cause the amount simply won't get substracted from my account.

At Gainagain it did get substracted, but still no payout. But now I've reached payout again, should I request when I'm still waiting for my previous payout?

The Gain sites usually pay very quickly; however, you MUST have a verified paypal account....some members have run into problems with this if you're using PayPal as your payment processor....

As for WePayMail, I'm not a member, but if I were and I ran into this kind of problem, I would send an email to the PO and tell them that you are contacting them one last time about your payout and that you have submitted support tickets "xxx" amount of times without a response. If I didn't receive a timely response (48 hours), I would simply drop them and move on. Depending on the program's scripts, it may or may not remove the payout amount from your balance. Some programs are setup to remove the payout amount once the payout is made.

Well as for Gainagain, it doens't say anywhere in their terms you must have a verified paypal account and I've been paid by them to my unverfified paypal before, so that doesn't seem to make any sense.

Oh well. I guess you're right, I'll just write to them one more time and if no answer, move on

If you choose to move on from WePayMail you should choose to move on from gainpay and gainmail and there new one as its the same family.

Well I know that, but their other sites keep on paying, and these aren't , so that's why I don't understand, I've been paid by these sites before and now nothing I do seems to work.

I'm having a weird problem with wepaymail too. They say they want to have a verified paypal account, which I *have*. And guess what, they sent me a mail they can't pay me because obviously I wouldn't have one I checked with my paypal account, and voila, it IS verified. Sooo.. I wrote them back and told them that indeed, my paypal is verified, but like you, no answer.

Now I'm wondering what to do, request again? Wait again and see what happens, if they refuse again? Well, we'll see... because I just re-requested payment again. I mean, how can they say my pp isn't verified when it is, since last year in june! And other sites who want to have pp verified paid me as well. Dooh...

With gainagain, I never had problems.

Just to share something from my experience. When I requested a payout at Gainpay.com for $1.00 with a Verified PayPal account, I also got a reply that Unverified PayPal payout is only $5 and a link to their "help" section. It took about three e-mails to their support (possible that they were gone for the day) telling them that my PayPal is Canadian Verified, and the next day they paid me without further problems. Gainpay is not for me though, since I decided I mostly need e-gold right now, and $5 payout plus fees, forced searches and not enough mails is a bit too unattractive for my taste, so I canceled my account.

Next time they send you a link to their "help" section, paste them this from PayPal's "help section":

Well I finally got paid by Wepaymail yesterday after sending several support tickets, wich they never answered and after requesting again and again 8 times in total. After my 7th request they wrote back that they don't pay to unverified paypal, I wrote them back that it IS verified, no answer.... I requested again an 8th time and got paid 3 days later.

And today I finally got paid by Gainagain after sending them several tickets aswell with a note saying "sorry my mistake".

So yes, I would keep writing and keep requesting if I were you.
