You can thank the owner of e-goldforum.com for posting that link and making thousands of dollars worth of fraudulent purchases on LinkBurst. It's the same person that created the other incident mentioned in this thread.

He uses proxies, temporary hosting accounts (probably paid for with fraudulent funds), and stolen credit cards. The best that can be done is cancelling the purchases and payments and notifying the real card holder of the stolen credit card number.

i would definately report him to the authorities and if i am up to date on my law governing international persons this may be able to be prosecuted under newer laws since 9-11 as an act of terrorism believe it or not. also some laws under financial categories may be applied now. i know i sometimes protest for people with disabilities and now have to be very careful as i can be arrested as a terrorist under these new laws now.
