i opened my e-gold account and found that it is big zero in my balance

and i found that it 2 payment made , i didnot make it , i swear i didnot do

please help me , what is this ?

I don't know what to say... the same happend to me a few months ago.

Unfort. there is no chance to get the money back, e-gold wont do anything about it. You can search for these e-gold #'s on google, but I doubt it would help.
Go ahead and open another e-gold account, choose a VERY difficult passwort, highest securtiy settings, clean your computer from spyware, use an anti-keylogger and always use the SRK.

i'm really sorry that this happened to you. i hope you find the person who did this to you. if you wanted to- you could go to that website- webmoney.com.ua- and try to track this person down. it's very unlikely that you'd get your money back, but it might be nice to yell at bother the person who stole from you.

i think u changed ur ip setting in ur account, or on body can access ur account with a different ip.
