I tried to contact Classical-mails about a week ago, but haven't received a reply. I am also speaking behalf of my downline member. I am fully satisfied with Classical-Mails myself ,but my downline member has been receiving 10 + -(16 on that day when I sended the support query) mails a day when I have been receiving around 35-45.
We both live in a same country and he told me that he has not clicked an anticheat links and has(usually) searched in a mail. He has selected same intrests as me. I would like to know a reason for his lack of posts. He has tried to contact the WM twice during the last two weeks witout a reply.
Though I don't own a huge downline but i plan to advertise Classical-Mails along with few other PTR's so it would be useful to know how many posts is a member of your downline usually receiving( amounth of post changes naturally time to time but it will be handy to know an avarage value).
Also is there any way to see your 'level' in the program. Has anyone had same kind of experiences. Thanks already from your reply.

I'm having the same problem with receiving fewer emails. I only receive mails during the 'overnight' period and don't receive any during the day. They used to send the limited click (to 500) emails during the day, but I'm not receiving them anymore.
I have done all valid searches and not clicked any cheat links or interests BTW.

I quit classical-mail about 2 weeks ago because of the above problems and I also didn't receive any responses to my emails. This site has really disintergrated!

I haven't received a response either, and other PTR's will easily earn me more. Classical-Mail used to be my #1 earning PTR, but until the problems are resolved, it isn't anymore my top earner.

I had the same problem. I wasn't receiving any mails so I quit. I am also having the same problem with Sunshine mails his affiliate program. I requested payout and never got it. I have always been paid within hours. I contacted the webmaster twice and got no response. I am wondering if I should also quit his other sites, Farland-Cash, and EnjoyFund. I will wait a couple more days, so if anyone hears from him please let me know. Thanks

I'm a member of Enjoyfunds,Farland, and Classicalmails and have never had a problem with any of them.I've always had great communication with Classicalmails ,and I messed up a few times with that one.Shes a very kind and understanding webmaster.Maybe she found something offensive in your emails? It helps to be kind and polite when emailing webmasters, not saying that you weren't.

Sorry guys, new to this whole forum thing. Have no idea what I'm doing.
I have never had problems in the past, and have always liked the webmaster. She always responded to my emails. I didn't write anything offensive at all in the mails. I just asked a question. I'm kinda worried. Just want to make sure everything is all good. I really enjoy being a member of the sites.

this situation has happened to some people at classical-mail. first, make sure that the person has "searches-enhanced" checked off in the user info page. if it is, then you probably never search. if you go to classical-mail's TOS page, you'll see they're very stringent on searching. i had this issue myself before; i only received 4 or 5 mails a day. but now that i search a bit, i've been getting more emails. so it's fine for me now. essentially- they're penalizing you for not searching....

I agree with Wiley... you need to check and see what your downline has checked off for interests..if you dont do searches, then you loose out on a lot of email..i get plenty a day and have never had any trouble with this sites emails or getting paid from them either... IF I recall too, a while back the webmaster send out a letter in the emails saying that they would be sending out mail only once a day, in the morning as there was getting to be a lot to handle for her there... and from that point forward, thats how it has been happening for me..once a day, in the morning, 30 to 50 emails a day...

You have to do searches to receive mail. You dont have to do all, but at least one.

Mine currently looks the same as that except that I have the Advertiser box clicked. I still don't receive any of the limited-click emails (the ones given out to 500 or so).

I've had no problem with Classical either. I got 40 mails today, same amount as nightowl114.
I suggest using the contact option on the web site if you want to get in touch with the WM.

I have the mails being sent to site inbox only, and I do all the searches. I used the contact option on their site to send a message regarding my problem, but there was no reply, even after weeks.

As i already said i contacted him via contact option in Classical-mails. I am receiving 40+- mails a day but my downline member still suffers from the problem. Both of us are receiving mails to the site inbox.
Thanks for your replies and I am hoping to get my answer.

Gmail is not a good email to use believe it or not.If they recieve too much mail from any one website it seems they will block it.I had my SoRedtheRose mail go there and after a while it stopped comming. The only email I trust with my ptr sites is Yahoo mail. You can create as many accounts you need for your ptr sites and they do NOTblock ANY mail, not even the mail you want blocked, lol.

Same thing happened to me, but I don't think that it was Gmail's fault. I've received hundreds, maybe even thousands of emails from BeeHiveMail, and never once has it been blocked. It's ok now though; SoRedtheRose emails come through just fine. My only problem is the high number of service outages that Gmail has.

I have used Gmail since last year for my genealogy mailing lists and other mailing lists, plus PTR, etc. which that alone amounts to 700 to 800 or more mails a day. Have not experienced any problems with them deleting or returning mail.
The problem I have with Gmail is when the darn thing is 'loading' then get 'opps....'. That happened the other day when one of my bonus mails came in on Paid Mail Engine and it expired by the time I was able to open the mail. Boy was I ticked
I have a Verizon account I use for regular mail and a few genealogy lists but the inbox fills up very quickly and they return mail so I can not use it for PTR. Have had Yahoo acct in the past but prefer Gmail.

Update on my problem of receiving too few emails from classical:
I seem to be receiving the normal amount of emails now, not sure why. It may be since it's a new month and now they give more mails to those that have "performed well" in previous months.
