I want to begin PTP.
I'm searching for the best one who pays by PayPal, which payment is fast (Less than 48 hours) and with a low Payout with possible.

The best PTP right now IMO is Paidpromotion. They really pays, payout is ony $5 and its without tiers

Its 65c CPM!

I agree with funkey monkey. I use donkeymails ptp a lot and in general I gain 0,50 credits for every hit, even though it has tiers

You should know that you need 1000 credits before you can withdraw, so its not really no minimum payout.
