should i just assume that this site has gone down for good and run with the money? last i ever heard they were changing servers or scripts or what not. i was waiting for a payment for at least two weeks before that announcement. now i can understand if they ran into problems with servers and all, but where's the money? that should have come to us by now regardless of site construction.

Was wondering the same thing earlier today lady_knight in fact I even tried logging into my stats page only to find out we can't even do that anymore. Very disappointing.

I had a downline of almost 700, and had just paid this guy for an ad. He wrote me back and said he was changing servers and would run my ad in a week or so. This was in the beginning of January.
I'm now going to make a complaint with PayPal to get my money back as his e-mail to cs.com is bouncing.

Reading your post, Matois, sounds like the same experience I had with the webmaster of Bigprofitemail. I won an auction on eBay for a Gold membership, which I thought would compliment my already big downline there. Around that time he announced a change of hosts and he never came back. I waited too long to file a complaint with PayPal and he's not responding to any emails I send to his personal address.
Good luck!

Is their a time limit with paypal to lodge a complaint? Do you get your money back if you complain? I gave a person who ran a auction 48 hours to return
my cash for non delivery of bid items that I won which happen 5 days ago on e-bay.

looking at the paypal help section (which is all over the place) you have 30 days to contact them. i just contacted them regarding goods paid for but not received, and it is supposed to have this question in the help section, but reverts me back to other questions.
does anyone know when extactly that last email that peter (the wm) sent out, assuring us that he would be back?

The last letter I had from him was January 19.
BTW, I just noticed that the PayPal address for him is peterinrockledge@yahoo.com and I've written it since the cs.com email is bouncing.
I have written him twice since then, and I did find where I had written to his PayPal address.
I filed a complaint with PayPal today. I have a phone hog phone card so it won't cost me anything to call him. I want my $62 in earnings too.
Here's his details:
His name is Peter Clark, and when I reverse checked the phone number, it showed the same name and address.

Thanks, after I posted I hunted around in paypal until I found the information. So far no response from my 48 hour deadline e-mail. I can live without 11.00 dollars, but I do plan to join every paid forum I can find and post warnings about their auctions if the money isn't returned.

Now you get:
"This website is temporarily unavailable.
If you are the website owner, please check your email address on file immediately for
important information regarding your account."
... when you visit paidemail.net ... unfortunately I think this program is gone for good.

Sucks because I had started to promote it heavily just before the site went down.

Ok Where can i go to report this site? Im new to this PTC thing and im not used to being ripped off...If he cant have the decency to tell us that he is quitting then i have the right to report this ...Any ideas? I have money coming and i want to know if there is a way i can get it? This totally makes me mad as a newcomer and very discouraging as that i spent alot of time getting that money as i have no referrals and im not a cheater. Makes ya just wanna blow!!! But i will remain faithful to the other sites i belong to and and look for a way to report this man for DECEPTION and non-payment of funds

well his business model was totally crazy -- he had like zillions of paid2clicks worth 1 cent that you could have forever... so it was doomed to go down...
