I have a friend who says that she signed up for the $1.00 site and did not get a referral id. I just want to know if the creator/ webmaster of the site can be contacted an how.

I am just trying to help out this member, She says this is all she gets as her referral id

That means that she will never get money from her efforts. I really do not think this is fair to her.

I've seen this one being promoted at various "click" sites and just went back to look for it.

There appears to be a 4 figure Ref ID at the end of the string you have quoted.

That is a scam site. It's a MLM and Paypal will free any account involved in it. If your friend has paid anything out of their account, get them to do a reversal on it. And report the people they paid.

I made a buck. It wasn't any $5,000 dollars, but still... it proves it's not a scam. If you follow his link, yes, he gets the money. When you promote your own link... well, okay... when the person that followed your link promotes their link, you get the money--BUT, if whoever paid the $$ is not getting a unique url, then something is screwed up.
