yes, as most of you know, i'm babysitting my 3 month old niece while my sister works. i've come to the conclusion that i love kids...when they're sleeping.

Kids are awesome when they're asleep.  It'll get easier as you get more comfortable with it, of course, by then, she'll be mobile.

(done the typing thing- usually while nursing, but these days my son likes to climb up into my lap and steal my glasses or whatever so i can't see what i'm typing..    )

kids are especially darling when they're asleep, aren't they?    i love going into their rooms at night and watching them..  just can't help myself

I just exerienced this yesterday morning...

I wake up and hear wierd sounds from kid's room.

What happened? 

My younger son had taken everything from our fridge to his room and emptyed all botles and plates to the carpet...about 5 litres of oil, bottle of wine, soija sauce, tabasco, milk, yoghurt, butter, ketchup, worcestershire Sauce, salad sauce, 15 EGS!!, mustard, jam, tomatoes, fish etc etc....and there he was jumping in that mess!!! 

I spent two hours cleaning that mess up and that really smelled BAAAD.

Terrorist is probably better than what I would have called 'em.

I just put some laundry on to wash. My older daughter has been emptying the lint trap on the dryer - and piling all of the lint wads up on top of the dryer.
