Don't know about others but Degoo is the only one paying that I know of, I'm online pretty much all the time so I can rack up that 10$ in less than 3 months and with some help from referrals it's pretty easy to get it in 2 months (but only if you're online a lot!)

They probably made a typo and meant they will pay 0.03$ per hour and that sounds more reasonable

I would like a a adbar with no minimum payout. So you can have lots adbars running at one time.

That sounds very similar to AllAdvantage when they were around. Remember them? They rocked. Everyone was a member. I personally got paid a number of times, but look what happened to happened to them. Their pay rates went down. The minimum payouts went up, and they went under. I think anyone offering this sort of hourly pay rate will suffer the same consequences.

i think if one w/o a payrate so high might. b/c if a lot of members were there, advertisers would get good responses and then the program could raise prices for advertising a little gradually. maybe 10c a hour or something.

ahhh, Alladvantage the good old days when surfbars really paid you. I loved it then. I used to have 2 of those surfbars running and made 20 bucks a month without any referrals. Gotoworld was also really good until it closed.

0.10? so if u surf 5 hours a day for 30 days its 15$ a month...not bad.. have u recieved payment??+...

I use degoo and reach payout in 3 months, without referrals. $10 dollars isn't a lot but it is more than I make in some programs and it doesn't take up that much of the screen.
