i have requested cashout on ultra-surf 10 days ago ,but to date have no payment received ,i tried to contact the WM via email,but got no response .who get paid from this site? who know what happen about this site?
there is only one thing that i could tell you . This one is dead and became a scam for a long time .

It is dead and scam. I have requested payment for over 2 weeks now. No paid and no response. Scammer!
I deleted myself 6 days ago. I don?t trust this program anymore.
Is there any surf program that pays? I dont think so
