Clumber Spaniel?? huh.gif

I like all dogs though. It's all in the upbringing, not the breed. smile.gif But this was very interesting. I went through the whole list of dogs they gave me and I found it very interesting that all my "favorite" breeds were listed toward the bottom of my BestDog list.

I love the Clumber Spaniel..lol
They are often referred to as "The Gentlemans Spaniel" because they are lower to the ground(shorter legs) thicker body and head than other spaniels. In theory they are slower than lets say and English Springer Spaniel or a Brittney when searching out birds. You must have put a low exercise on your questionaire..lol

lol that is funny. my current dog, a brittany, was higher up on my list and got a score of 68. i always have said some day i want to have a wire haired pointing griffon (i think i even posted it on this forum in one of the dog threads) and it was the top breed on my list with a score of 91 smile.gif

edited because i typed 81 instead of 91

My fav dogs: Labs, German Sheperds, Australian Sheperds, mutts (LOL) and I really like Weimaraners.

But this quiz said my best pics are:

Labrador Retriever 90

German Shepherd 59

And my husband's favorite:
Siberian Husky 76

They are small-but they have huge hearts!

When I was a kid we had a toy fox terrier (think jack russel) he thought he was a big dog-he faced down the german shepard (who was an ex-police dog) and usually won the growl. They never actually fought - just would growl at each other until one would back away. I miss that dog sad.gif

Brittany's (note spelling) are not actually spaniels, they are cousins to the spaniels. Most resources incorrectly refer to them as spaniels. But they are usually at least spelled right laugh.gif
