I want a script like many site , if member reach 1 cent for example , they can request the payout through that script , they will be paid instantly and their balance will deduct at that time too .

Script doesn't sound that safe. I bet you will find that in the long run you will face serious problems with cheaters and your accounts will lose more money than they should. Best bet if you have no minimum payout is to do the payouts manually, check for cheaters, etc.

yup better don't use autopayouts its too risky
