Is paying for Advertising really worth the expense? Or would just using the points/credits you earn with a program to send out an ad be the same?

Yes, paying for advertising can get you some good referrals. Depending on what you are getting with your points/credits the ad can still be just as effective. It all depends on what you are advertising and where you advertise it.

I would agree agree with Mugzzzy - one of the main factors being where the advertising was done. I've already noticed very different results utilizing the same quantities of advertising but in different places. It probably takes some trial and error to find the ones that are going to work the best.

That would all depend on where you are advertising. I have had paid to click problems where the account says I received 500 clicks but my page counter says I got 30.

it depends on where and what you advertise.
i advertised quite a new program, receive about 500 hits but get only 5 referals
So carefully choose a good place to spend money.
The good places for me are
Mikespaid4email because mikes has many active members
Titanicrewards gave me a very good result for search link

Advertise new programs, and you may get good results. If you advertise something like ClickinCash or Mikespaid4email then you wont get many referrals.

i only use point to buy ads
i can't use paypal to receive, money, i will redeem earnings in those companies which will only pay by paypal

very much programs with no minimum payout send out a lot of point mailing where isn't said it is a point-mail so people click on them and you get good results

Actually, i have found that Mike's is a very easy program to promote if you go somewhere good.
