Hi,

I don't know how you all feel about this but I just saw a link at Linkburst that contained some fowl language:
I think Gilby neets to set some rules for his advertisers, I don't like seeing words like F*** O** , nor would I want a child seing that language, it rates up along side pornography.
People don't think when they use language like that that a child won't come across it, and Gilby's site allows anyone from the age of 13 and up to be a member. 13 is still a child.

YES!

must have missed that one

The link has been removed... and it was a fraudulent purchase that a stolen credit card was used in the purchase. Stay away from the egoldforum and egoldbussines sites as they are probably scams too.

Members must be 18 or older, as per our membership agreement:
QUOTE
You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age in the state, province or country that you reside to participate.

However, that rule is hard to enforce now that we offer payment methods other than PayPal (PayPal require you to be 18 or older to get an account).

Gilby, you got proof with egoldforum using fraudulent payments?

On the site we have the following:

and
QUOTE
LinkBurst reserves the right to modify or refuse any advertisement we deem inappropriate.

For something that has swear words, a simple edit of the text is all that would be needed. However, in this case the ads were deleted and the $2000 worth of fraudulent purchases were refunded to the innocent owner of the credit cards used.

Egoldbusiness.com is run by the guy that owns hitsfrenzy.net. His physical address matches that that is registered with his domain names, and with the address details on the hitsfrenzy.net site. He does anything fraudulent his real address and phonenumber are known.

The purchases were made with 3 different credit cards, all with different names and addresses and all by the same IP address. Many of the email addresses used for the purchases were invalid email addresses. Over $2000 in purchases where it looked like cost was not an issue, purchasing the same link many times in a row with differnet credit cards. Can it be any clearer that they are fraudulent?

I should have recognised that one.

Permaworld had them try and say they were partners with them. There is a post somewhere about it on here.

I wonder if now the likes of Jamesyung (who is Badlistman on the E-goldforum, and a mod there) will believe the evidence. Thouh if someone is a mod on a place it can also mean they are part of their little group.

Hmmmmmmmmm, Jaikula, he also misspelled robber as well. Rober ad.gif

Yeah, I got it. Thanks for the heads up. By the time I saw your email, the paid clicks were already gone, so I just left it as is and waited to see what other purchases would be made for it. Sure enough, the next ones were by people with different names.

The last couple days this person tried using other credit cards and I've been lucky to block the purchases before losing too much money in the paid clicks.

Darn, I wished I was here earlier ah.gif

Isn't there a way you can block him, from visiting your sites? Well I know he can get around it... But it's not safe out there with him here. Who knows who else he will try to do this to. That's 2 so far am.gif am.gif
