Just before they changed their website, I paid for 1 upgrade @ the cost of $5. It was never posted on the newer site, I have written to them now probably 4 or 5 times about this and they keep asking me to send them the verification email, I have done that twice now and its still not posted. The only thing that is showing on my account is the $5 that they offer at signup bonus.
Has anyone else had a problem with this website with upgrades? Or any other type of problems?
I am considering contacting Paypal about a refund since they have not acted in good faith, I paid for a service that I didn't get.

Free members are given a bonus $5 Member Level and can earn cash without paying a cent. You can upgrade to paid membership anytime for a minimum of $5 for a year.
