Where I get some good Avatars to select one for me? Any websites?

You can choose what ever pic you'd like, something personally important to you is usually a good choice.

Can I get some good pics that matches to the size of avatar from any sites?

I guess you can find some which are already in the right size frame but usually you have to resize them and upload to a server where you can link the avatar here.

Ok.I have some pics.But the main problem is how to resize them? which is the common software for that

Photoshop, PaintShop pro (you can get a free demoversion from the net) and any other program in which you can edit pictures/film etc.

Just more question.If I uploaded one in any server,how can I upload it in my forum settings.I could not find any upload button in the avatar settings.I only see a URL box.

Go to My Control Panel
Edit Avatar Settings
Under -
Your avatar
The following file types are allowed:
.gif .jpeg .jpg .swf .png

Type in the http://address of avatar

Update your profile and you should be done

Hey when you start your program can you give me the details of it cause im trying to start my own program

You are always welcome.You or I or anyone can start a program.It is not a big thing.But the problem and most important thing is the TIME.Becuse staring a progarm is somehow easy ,but dealing and maintaining the program is most difficult.When you start,you will always be ready everytime to deeply involve in your program,dealing with members,answering questions,payments etc etc.If you are having a Full time job or don't have enough time,it is always adviceable that never start one.Because most of the Good GPTR programmes closed or reselled due to this reason that they could not maintain the program due to lack of time to deal with member requirements etc.
Second thing is you should have some good initial capital to acquire one.But never buy cheap ones.You will always get what you pay for!
But if you have enough time and money,you are always welcome to start one.You can search for a good one in the script section where forum members/programmers are selling scripts.Good Luck!!
