whats wrong with their get paid to join links?

i keep getting an untitled page thats blank! each one i click on is like this.

Example link:
http://searchcactus.com/member/p_offer.asp...1&offer=1070286

i wrote to them complaining about this but i havent heard from them yet? is the webmaster even reachable?

Search Cactus WAS a good program but now ?????? If you try their *Search for Cash* area you CANNOT find any searches that pay!!I will be cashing out of this program for good!! You cannot make any real money here. They have to add more cash searches insentives to last!!
