Can anyone tell me if you belong to a program and have your account deleted why it will not let you sign up again????????? I have deleted my cookies and still will not let me resign.

Some programs have somekind of a log of IP addresses and if I'm not totally wrong those logs might not get refreshed once you delete your account......so now the program still thinks you are a member even though you're not. Might be a good idea to e-mail the webmaster and ask!
