It's okay that you are not happy with our program. We certainly have had our fair share of problems since launch.. this is, in fact, one of the most complicated programs I have ever ran, with the details that go into the scripts and system. We are however, working through it all, and PR isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
As for you, Turtle, anytime you post a ticket it will be answered as quickly as possible, and your account, regardless of the problem will be fixed. If you can't surf a particular day, you are automatically credited for it.. we do all that we can to make your experience better, while we constantly work on improving our system.

You are credited for all days that you are a Paid Response member, not for any downtime that happened before you even joined up. Who on earth would pay you for things that occurred before you were ever a member of their program?
In any regard, I do apologize if you have had any problems with PR.. In truth, I can't promise you that you won't ever encounter another quite yet either.. but I can promise you, that if you do, we will do our best to resolve it quickly and effectively.
