The last three emails I received dated March 5, 2003 did not credit my account.
They are: Get paid to take surveys
Cinnamon bun candles
I'v been assigned to your account

I finally reached $4.80 and looks like I am stuck there.
I have emailed SendMoreInfo on the contact page, but
it doesn't mean they will answer me. Also the paid mail
section has not been updated since February 26, 2003.

You know, I was just coming to see if anyone else was having this problem.

Out of the 14 emails I've received in the last 2 days, 5 of them so far aren't crediting. I did get credit for several though.

At least now I know it's not on my end.

My Email Section on the site hasn't updated either.

hmmm, are they just the links, or is it the graphic you click on? and if it's just the link, does it turn pink after you click it, or stay blue? i noticed that i either don't get credited or it is something like $0.0001 if it doesn't turn blue.

the other thing was that email we received from them but i can't really understand it!! it was weird!

Dear Valued Member;

In order to bring SMI within Industry Standards, serve our members more effectively and prevent fraud, effective March 15th, members who qualify for commission payment will have 30 days from date of *posting to request payments. Please note that this will not otherwise effect the timely processing of payment requests. For all check requests made through the postal service, the post mark date will be used to determine the date of "posting".

Remember, one lucky Member each month will find and official SendMoreInfo.com "BenBucks" ? sticker attached to his or her check. Just call the number on the sticker to claim your $100.00 prize.

  * Posting date is typically the first bussiness day of each month for the previous months commissions.

Yeah, that email made NO SENSE!

Anyway, I just went and clicked a couple days worth of links.
It seems that only a few of TODAY'S links do not give credit.
I think I can handle that, when I am getting 1/2 to 1 cent for each one!

This program has been paying tons last couple weeks!
Link value went way up

This is a copy of the email I received from SendMoreInfo,
which does not answer the question of not being credited
at all ........only a zero.

Sendmoreinfo.com has recently updated our commission payout to provide you
with much MORE paid email. You now receive 35% of the CPM (cost per
thousand) of the email you click on. Plus, you earn 15% from your referrals
clicks!

This commission structure allows us to now offer "mass market pricing."
Consequently, not every e-mail will be sent at our regular CPM pricing,
which means that not every e-mail will be 1 cent or more. The commissions
can vary from e-mail to e-mail, from under 1 cent to over 1 cent depending
upon the actual CPM pricing. However, because of the increased contracts
with advertisers, we are confident that we can provide you with much more
paid email than ever!

We welcome your feedback and we are sorry if you are dissatisfied with any
part of our program. Please reread our terms and conditions. Nowhere does
SMI state that it will continue to pay a certain amount per click, even if
the rate SMI is being paid is below that amount. Due to the "crash" in
on-line advertising rates, we were forced to have the click rate reflect the
actual amount paid to SMI and not an artificially inflated rate. Please be
aware that most programs like SMI have gone out of business. We have not.
SMI continues to send thousands of dollars to its members every single
month.

Thank you for using http://www.sendmoreinfo.com/

My message to them:
It is now 5 emails that have not credited my account.
4 from 3/05/03 and 1 from 3/06/03. Also the paid mail
section has not been updated since 2/26/03. ah.gif

Has anyone tried calling them directly?

I think there is a number in the HELP section or somewhere on the site.

I just sent an email to their help desk inviting them to come here to the forum.

I now have a total of 9 emails that I received no credit at all
for, not even a 10th of a cent. I started at $4.80 and I am still at $4.80. am.gif

I hear you, I'm up to 15 unpaid ones. I don't know whether to save or delete them. I remember once before when this happened, we were told to re-click when the problem was fixed.
