in exchange reffer area, most requires include ""no pts to promote" or"no ptsu allowed", does this mean they only accept the reffer from search country. i'm new here, plz help me.

"No ptsu allowed" mean, that you don't use paid to sign-up ads to refer other. If you buy paid to sign-up he don't pay you for refferals.
