I say Go-Mama Hosting. Mainly because they are very good at what they do. They have staff that are very helpful with problems that occur. They are all friendly and have good prices. they also are very loyal to their webmasters/webmistress's and have a forum for us program owners to discuss things with our members. they answer quickly to any problems and this organization is ran by all women.

i like powweb.com you get the most for your money out of anywhere else i have seen. I have used them before and I never had any problems.

Another one would be with moneypumps (you can join in downline builder) which gives you ability to earn from both direct paid referrals and the matrix plan to help defray your hosting cost. Don't quote me on this, but I THINK they take Stormpay. You can always join as free member, then check out upgrade options-if not then quit.
THEY CLAIM UNLIMITED BANDWITH TOO! - All I do so far is host banners there, but I joined early enough to have spillover in the matrix that makes my hosting free for now.
