It is not the most thrilling experience to delete a person's account. at least not for me. However what do you do when your strongest suspicion is that the person is really trying to rip you off. Do not get me wrong. I am sure every one looks for a way he or she can make extra cash. But be reasonable, if you have 40 + referrals and not one of them have clicked after 20 days of being a member there is definitely something wrong with that. In my program one earns 10 cents per referral, so it is very easy to earn just from referrals. It is stated however that the referrals must earn a certain amount before you can redeem the cash earned from them.

I write here because I may have to remove all this member's referrals (40) of them because they are all inactive... not one click from any one of them. So righfully the user has earned $4 for his referrals and should be able to redeem. But he cannot redeem however because his referrals seem to be all from bogus accounts.
It is definitely not a good feeling for me as a webmaster.

If youre not sure, request proof of identity via fax from the suspected cheaters. Give them a reasonable amount of time to get somewhere to copy their license and fax it to you.
Send an email letting people know you are in the process of verifying suspect accounts and deleting cheaters so they won't be surprised if they see a loss in downline and / or earnings.
That's my suggestions.

Thanks for your suggestion. I did send out an email letting the user know exaclty how his referrals are doing. And as stated in my terms his referrals must be active.

But if the referrals are all from the same country and they all earn nothing. I'm sorry but I cannot give him the earnings.

If it's in your terms that the referrals must earn a certain amount before the referrer can be paid the referral fee, then don't pay.

My signup bonus clearly states that, in order to be redeemed, the member must be a member for 30 days and have earned 150 points. If they redeem anyway, and aren't qualified, then the earnings are deducted and they don't get them back.

I don't delete the member, but I also don't send the ad.

This is kind of the same thing. Assuming that he is not cheating, it's not his fault that his referrals aren't clicking. BUT, since you don't know that he didn't put the referrals there just for the referral bonus, then he shouldn't be paid. Esp. if it's in your terms.

What site do you have?

That can be a problem when IP's arent the thing you can go on..

Have you had bouncebacks on any of the email addresses, also look at where the email addresses are hosted. If they are all hosted at the same place then you are guarenteed that the person is a cheat. If all those accounts that are on this guys account havent clicked, then it sounds very much like he signed them up under himself to get the bonus.

I'll send you a pm on another way of getting this guy to verify himself, it can be used for anyone that cashes out.

I've only deleted one so far that was sending abusive foulanguege emails demanding payment on top of having multiple accounts and p osted in our fourm giving the rest the chance to delete before i purge multiple accounts this weekend.
